A brief stroll to the complimentary town shuttle facilitates convenient transportation to the resort or downtown Winter Park. Guests can also take advantage of the nearby Grand Park Rec Center, which offers swimming and additional activities. This contemporary and spacious condo features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, is pet-friendly, and is situated in Fraser, providing an excellent mountain retreat with easy access to outdoor trails and nearby attractions.
The living room boasts an open floor plan, complete with a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, hardwood flooring, comfortable furnishings, and ample windows that allow for stunning mountain views from this second-floor unit. A private covered deck is accessible from the living room, serving as an ideal location to unwind after a day spent outdoors.
The gourmet kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and abundant cupboard space for storage, creates a wonderful environment for cooking and socializing, as it is open to the main living area. The dining table accommodates six people, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom features a king bed, television, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and an en-suite full bathroom, while the third bedroom also contains a queen bed. The third bathroom is located in the main hallway.

Our trip was a bit upended due to sickness, so sadly only my husband and son got to go up and enjoy the rental for one of the two nights we had it booked. However they did say it was a lovely condo, and would have been a great place for our family. Hopefully we will book another visit in the future for all of us to enjoy. Thanks!

Love this condo and location. This was our 2nd time staying here. However, this time (unfortunately) we had some inconsiderate folks staying in the unit above us. They were very loud running around, jumping, and banging things on the floor. I contacted our host/management group, but were told that they didn't manage that unit, so there was nothing they could do about it... and recommended that I contact the Fraser Police. There was really no law being broken here, so we chose not to bother the police for something so silly. In the end, we just accepted it and tried to ignore the noise... but, it sure made "relaxing" and enjoying the unit almost impossible.

The property is newer. For me the property seemed larger than the pictures. The living room and deck are one of the largest in a condo I have seen in Winter Park/ Fraser area. The condo had a lot of kitchen and grill items compared to other VRBO’s I have stayed at, which was nice. Everything was super clean etc. I will stay again.

Nice, newer condo, has everything you need

Large @ spacious. Great place to come back and relax after day of hiking & biking. Loved sitting on deck in evening, then retreating to dining table and large living room when it got too cool. Great location, could walk to Winter Park (1 miles) or closer brewery. Can start bike rides at condo.

Had a great time

It's hard to come across a great property that features a king and two queen bedrooms instead of another bunk bed setup. For a group without kids this was a godsend. We all had a great time. The only uncertainty we had was checking out. When putting in the checkout code in the keypad at the end it gave a noise that sounded like an error so we questioned if it worked correctly. We didn't know if this was a system thing or not as it took about 4 attempts at check-in as well before the code worked and unlocked the door.

Great place / location

Had our family and pup there, plenty of room and had everything you need to enjoy your time in the mountains. Close to both WP and Fraser for easy access to restaurants, the mountains, etc. Our only issue with the property is the sound barriers between tenants ceilings/floors seem quite lacking. We could clearly hear tvs below us at night and someone was up late on Friday night making all sorts of noise above us. Beds were very comfy though to help overcome it!

Great home away from home

Very clean and super well stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies. It was easy to find, is close to town and the resorts, and has a nice patio. Would stay here again!
