Great place to stay

This is our second time staying here when visiting Fresno. Front desk person was super nice, we checked in at 11 pm. She reminded us that breakfast was included with our stay, which we enjoyed the next day. Expecting a simple breakfast, we were pleasantly surprised with all the food offered: waffles, cereal, pastries, juices, coffee and more. Room was clean, comfortable, with AC/ furnace. They had parking in a gated area or not, but we parked inside. I thought I had forgot my coat, so I called he front desk after checking out to help me find it, luckily I didn’t forget it but they still followed up with a phone call (very nice of them). Thank you and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I didn't like the smell of the room, the television channels were constantly on and off, phone charging outlet didn't work, only 1 vending machine, no store inside lobby, filthy carpet. Not worth the money.

By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We checked in and had every intention of spending the night here. As soon as we walked into the room, a huge moth appeared and flew around the room. We ended up not spending the night here because the room and overall appearance of the hotel was very dirty and unsafe.

Warning Ramada Inn Fresno North

I am writing to formally report a serious issue encountered during our recent stay at the Ramada Inn Fresno North while attending the California Freestyle State competition with the Downey Wrestling program. During our stay, one of our assistant coaches was bitten multiple times by what were later confirmed to be bed bugs. Upon returning home, I discovered a live bed bug crawling out of my luggage, suggesting that the infestation extended beyond a single room. We brought this matter to the attention of the hotel staff, but were informed that “nothing could be done.” This response was both disappointing and concerning, especially considering the potential health and financial impact of a bed bug infestation. I strongly urge the hotel to address this matter seriously by conducting a thorough inspection and implementing appropriate pest control measures. They stated they did not find anything but the bites on our assistant coach say otherwise, Until these steps are taken, I would advise other travelers to consider alternative accommodations. It is unfortunate since our program works extremely hard to fundraise and for us to not be compensated for a horrible stay is disappointing. Any events in Fresno , I definitely recommend another hotel.

picked this place because it was close to the surgery hospital it’s obvious the property is old and maybe once nice. reception was friendly, the lobby sparse. no decor continuing to the room (176). which was disappointing and dark. bare flooring felt sticky. poor lighting. bathroom tub had black mold on the caulking and no tub stopper. sink also had no stopper. bath gels smelled industrial. refrigerator was noisy. window was dirty. just all around a sad, disgusting room did not get to review the breakfast.
