The lower level of LAZY BEAR RETREAT is where guests can find the family suite, complete with a king-sized bed, a set of queen bunk beds, a futon and a private full bath. This level is loaded with amenities like a movie theater room, a pool table, a shuffleboard table, video games, and a large indoor swimming pool with a separate jacuzzi. There's also a half bath and a washer and dryer available, so guests can pack light if they choose. For relaxation, there is a covered porch with comfortable seating.

The mid-level of the lodge features a fully equipped kitchen, two dining room tables, granite countertops, and bar seating. This level boasts an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room, and living room all together. The living room has lots of comfortable seating and wraps around a tall stacked stone fireplace. There's also a large TV on the mantle, and another laundry room and a half bathroom. There are four bedrooms on this level, each with a king bed and its own private bathroom. Additionally, there is a large covered porch with plenty of seating and a charcoal grill.

The top level features five bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms with a king-sized bed and futon and its own full bathroom. The fourth of these bedrooms includes one set of Queen-sized bunk beds, a futon and its own full bathroom. The fifth of these bedrooms includes one set of queen over king-sized bunk beds, futon and its own full bathroom. There is also a sleeper on this level for extra sleeping if needed. Guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful views from the large covered porch with plenty of seating.
