The inside of the cabin was clean to the eye but it smelled of mildew. The outside was so disappointing because I was led to believe it had at least some form of view but that wasn't the case. The trees are grown up so there is no view from the front of the cabin. The deck furniture is old and dated and the deck was dirty and full of spider webs. We were not sent check in information until the cabin had been cleaned. So even though we had an 8 hour drive to Gatlinburg, we had no idea where we were going because we were not given the address until the check in information was given. After checking in I tried to communicate with the owner about a refund or partial refund but never received correspondence until two days into our stay. I realize refunds are not commonplace on the day of check in but I also don't think it is fair to be misled by the pictures and description of one's property.

Cozy cabin

Was a long weekend away with my mom I found the listing on the app and booked with reading prior reviews.. there was some mixed reviews but I booked anyways. Arrived and lived this cozy little cabin! It was clean and the deck was so relaxing we spent most our evenings in the rocking chairs while my mom was in the hot tub. Location was way better then expected so close to down town! I can’t wait to come back and visit this cabin I also was so upset I forgot to sign the guest book! Perfect for a couple or a small friend group !

Good little cabin. Pool table is not full size nor can you stand to play on half of it. Pictures of the porch can be very misleading. Dishes seemed fragile to the point we didn’t use them

Cabin was as described, only issue was the heat was only partially working. The property staff jumped right in and got us some space heaters, and that kept the cabin warm enough.

Picture details wrong walk up hill, wife fell and hurt leg. Steps are steep. Hot tub is small water ran out and over with no way to fill HTub. Furniture is very outdated bed hurts back, couch was uncomfortable. I have stayed in several log cabins the price was too high for cabin. True to my feelings about stay.
