NEWLY RENOVATED. NEW TUB/SHOWER UNIT, FLATSCREEN TV IN LIVINGROOM AND UPDATES MADE THIS MONTH.

Experience the Great Smoky Mnts from beautiful historic downtown Gatlinburg. The panoramic view of the Great Smoky Mnts is for all seasons; majestic mountains, rolling streams, and Gatlinburg’s famous city lights will make your visit unforgettable.

Our unit 208 at Oak Square Condominiums has one large bedroom with King-size bed, and sliding door leading out to a private covered balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and has beautiful cabinets, two-burner cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, and coffeemaker. The living room has a wood burning fireplace with a sleeper sofa and ottoman to relax on while enjoying the fire. This condo also has 2 flatscreen TV’s with cable. The condominium has 2 elevators and luggage carts for guest use.

We are located in Downtown Gatlinburg across the street from the Aerial Tramway that goes to Ober Gatlinburg and minutes from the Great Smoky Mnts National Park. Within walking distance of great restaurants for example The Peddler Steakhouse, Calhouns, Cherokee Grill and Best Italian just to name a few Also endless shopping, the Gatlinburg Aquarium, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, and so much more to enjoy. NoThe Popular Gatlinburg Trolley stops right at our door if you do not want to walk, it will take you to numerous places in Gatlinburg, the National Park, and Pigeon Forge.

Perfect location! We walked to everything in downtown & even to the Gatlinburg trail. Loved Bennett’s BBQ restaurant which was literally next door. Easy keyless door entrance. Super cozy cabin like feel! Will definitely stay again!

Didn't know there was an indoor pool so we did not bring swimsuits. Also no instructions given before check in about parking pass. Found it after we got in the condo. Needs an inventory of the silverware. Microwave was unplugged but person came and pulled out the fridge and fixed that within a few hours.

Only hiccup was checking in. The door code emailed several days prior didn’t work, the (different) code in the Vrbo app didn’t work either. Thankfully the host answered the phone right away and shared the (recently changed) code, which did work. Also, WiFi name was wrong as listed in the email, the password in the app was wrong (capitalized letter vs lowercase matters). By using a combination of the two we were able to login. Location couldn’t be beat with walking access to the national park, restaurants, and the strip in Gatlinburg
we didn’t need to get in the car once during the whole stay. Unit was clean and as advertised. Bed was a high off the flower and difficult for 5’-4” person to get in/out, but that’s really just nit-picking. The location makes this place perfect.

We honestly had the best experience on this trip! Nicky and Karen were absolutely amazing! We had a small hiccup at check in but they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and content with our accommodations. We will definitely be coming back with our kiddos in the future. Great Spot Close to Everything

We stayed for a couple nights while visiting Smoky Mountain National Park. The condo was super close to shops and restaurants, so we were able to walk everywhere. The condo was clean and perfect for what we needed on our vacation.

Great stay

Pleased with our stay in 208. We stay at this condo every time we visit Gatlinburg. We've stayed in this unit a few times and it is always clean and comfortable. Love the extras like makeup remover towels, kitchen towels, plenty of trash bags, TP and paper towels. Tastefully decorated and not overly decorated where you have to search for places to put your stuff. Manager responded to questions very quickly!

Honeymoon

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. Super clean and super close to tons of things. We walked to all the restaurants and sites without any issues.
