Daverans Retreat is a custom built luxury log cabin home designed for premium adult guests looking for a perfect get-away to recharge, rekindle and relax. From the “big things” to the “details”, Daverans Retreat functionality and comfort is unique. Spacious dual master king bed suites (one upstairs, one down) each with a spacious private bath (shower, toilet and twin genuine granite countertops featuring his/her sinks). Upstairs master king bed suite features a separate whirlpool tub; perfect after a hike in the park.

Both master king bed suites features new Sony TVs. If it rains, you do not lose the TV signal (or internet). A new smart LG TV is provided in the living area. Enjoy a selection of Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO Max and much more! The fiber optic WIFI provides excellent internet speed via a 1000 MBPS connection. Might be a perfect time to update your Apps, play games on your devices or just keep in touch with friends and loved ones.

Take a long hike in the park? Perfect! How about spending some time in the hot tub on the outside deck? This is a premium LuciteÂź acrylic hot tub with easy-to-use controls and multiset LED lighting for the perfect effect. Or maybe a long shower or a long soak in the whirlpool tub upstairs? Use all the hot water you want! Daverans Retreat is equipped with an on-demand water heating system (tankless); never run out of hot water again.

How about just relaxing with a book, watching TV, playing a game of billiards or arcade games in the upstairs game room in perfect comfort? Again, we got ya covered! Daverans Retreat is equipped with zoned heating and cooling (dedicated heating and cooling controls); with two separate systems to keep the temp on each level just like you want it. Gas log fireplace downstairs if you just wanna cuddle-up or just stretch out and relax. Want to spend some on the deck? Perfect! Daverans Retreat features on oversized deck (12’x36’), half covered/half open, so star gaze, cuddle-up or just soak in the great outdoors. Want to feel one with the nature?

There are three seasonal community pools facing the mountains and tennis courts available to all our guests!

Hungry? We got this! Our fully equipped kitchen features a Frigidaire Gallery appliance suite, including a stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, a genuine granite island countertop (complete with an electrical outlet), and a Keurig K-duo coffee machine. Genuine granite is also featured in all bathrooms, while LED lighting throughout the cabin (inside and out) sets the perfect ambiance for your stay.

Outside park style charcoal grill is provided.

This cabin was perfect in every way, the host had everything there you possibly needed. That’s something I’ve never had before in a cabin. Even down to the small things. The place was so Beautiful. The bedrooms and bathrooms was very spacious. Hot tub was big and so nice. Large balcony. Private driveway. So nice! The host was very prompt with every question. We will be back. We loved it all!

Beautiful cabin! This cabin is beyond cozy. The view from the back deck is beautiful. Cabin was extremely clean upon our arrival. All of the thoughtful extras in this cabin make it feel like home. Linette is very responsive and kind. We will definitely be staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed this cabin's cozy and secluded feel. Upon entering into the cabin we were amazed with the holiday decor and cleanliness. A perfect location to enjoy the Smokey Mountains or City fun of Gatlinburg. Lineta was very responsive and had everything we needed to relax during our stay. We give this cabin a strong five star rating.

The cabin was beautiful and very well stocked it has everything. Just bring food and clothes Cleanest place I've ever stayed. We never used the hot tub. Host very responsive. We had no issues what so ever. I would definitely rent this place again

We really enjoyed our stay at the log cabin in Gatlinburg. The cabin was very clean, comfortable, had plenty of space for four people, and had a lot of great features for a family staying in the Smoky Mountains. The hot tub was nice and it was a bonus to have access to the pool areas. The kids loved the arcade games and pool table. It's relatively close to downtown Gatlinburg and the north entrance to the national park. We would stay there again.

The house was incredibly beautiful, very clean, and full of extras to help you feel right at home. They have all the things you need for cooking meals to save money, toiletries, laundry needs, ect. The hot tub was a great benefit after hikes in the mountains! We took advantage of the proximity to Ober Mountain Resort, let the kids play the entire day and then took the tram into town for dinner to avoid the parking hassle. Caught a tram back up to Ober and drove home with no hassle! We enjoyed the pool on a hot day. We saw 3 bears on the property, one got into my husband’s car after the kiddos left it unlocked so be sure to lock your doors! Couldn’t say enough great things about this property!

We had a wonderful stay here! It was perfect for our family of four. Easy driveway, access to a fun pool, comfortable beds, a couple of bear sightings, and so much fun. It's close enough to all of the action but just far enough away to feel like you're in retreat mode. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfectly thoughtful cabin!

The location is easily accessible to all things GSM without being in the hustle and bustle. The cabin itself is very lovely; well designed, decorated, immaculately clean, and full of all the little extras. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations and had a memorably fun trip. Communication with the host was easy, timely, and informative. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Amazing Cabin!

We spent a week at this beautiful cabin and could not have been happier with our choice. The game room was a big hit with our 5-year-old son and the arcade machine kept him entertained for hours. I made a few breakfasts and one dinner in the kitchen and found it to be well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, seasoning, etc. Lineta was an excellent host and quick to reply whenever we had a question. Our son thoughts the drive up/down the mountain was an adventure. We would love to return again some day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Exactly as described, quiet and relaxing!Cabin is beautiful with the beautiful mountain view and it’s very clean. Owner is great and she is on top of things. She lets you know that she’s there if you need her help and she really is. I sent her a message with some questions and I had my reply in a few minutes.Cabin is also very well stocked. We been coming for years to Gatlinburg and this is our favorite cabin so far. We’ll definitely be back.

This cabin was beautiful and so clean. Great view and hot tub. We made it up and down the mountain to town just fine in our SUV that is not 4 wheel drive. There is a neighbor to the left of the cabin but it is still very private. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Host was wonderful. Would def book here agin!

Nothing short of amazing!

Highly recommend this place to everyone. The pool table and oac man machine and other little board games were a delight and don’t get me started on the hot tub! The place was super clean. The cabin was very cozy. Will definitely be keeping this on my list for our next visit.

Excellent Cabin!!!!!

This cabin stay was nothing short of amazing! My family and I stayed for the week of Christmas. The cabin was decorated with lights and a beautiful Xmas tree for our presents to go under. We were able to enjoy Mountain View’s right from the bed. The kids loved the game room upstairs. The cabin was stocked with literally everything you need for an extended stay. All we had to bring was food to cook. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc
we didn’t make it in the jacuzzi but we loved it as an option. The owner was very nice and communicated very well! We will definitely book again!
