I stayed for 8 days and 7 nights and not even once they went to clean the room or change towels, give new soap… the parking lot is open which is bad because a lot of people even ones not staying at the hotel parked there and when we got back from other places we had to park outside because the parking lot was full they even said to park in the immediate corners of the hotel and my car got towed… the only good thing of the hotel is the location…

The rooms are clean and the location of great if you want to be in downtown Gatlinburg. However, parking is a mess. We had to use the overflow lot that was two blocks away from the hotel. The experience was “acceptable,” but I would consider a different hotel next time (nothing really stands out about this resort).

Great location and overall a good experience, but I couldn’t give five stars due to a couple of issues. During our four-night stay, our room was not cleaned at all, even though we were told it would be. Also, the parking lot is quite small and fills up quickly, so you may need to park off-site.
