The place was ok. Had a hard time finding somewhere to stay, but was trying to avoid hotels or apartments which is what this was, minus housekeeping service. The manager was awesome. She kept in contact throughout the process. I wouldnt recommend it due to the price versus amenities.

The property was amazing, a stream right off the balcony and a waterfall outside the front door. My husband and i loved this property, it was great for 2 guests, we loved all the bear decorations and furniture. Everything was clean. And having a Jacuzzi you dont have to share with others was great. The owner was very nice and helpful and caring. Weve rented alot of different kind of properties, my husband said this is our favorite. The property is 5 minutes from gatlinburg, 20 minutes from pidgeon forge and very close to seiverville. Also 5 minutes from Smokey mountain National Park.

Pros: The sheets were great & the bed is comfortable. The location is convenient. Hostess messages frequently. Cons: The condo is a little dated, the wallpaper & boarder is starting to peel. The hot tub was mediocre, you can’t fill it up because it runs out of hot water (& the knob is messed up). The screen door to balcony is also broken. Also the runner rug coming out of the kitchen area is a tripping hazard. To be completely honest I don’t feel like it was worth the money I paid to stay. But to each their own.

Perfect for a family of three with a dog!

Our stay was perfect! It was nice to be removed from all the chaos downtown Gatlinburg but close enough to get there within minutes. The location was ideal, enchanting with the water flowing freely below the building and serene. We did get the opportunity to see black bears during our visit, it was incredible! The condo itself was comfortable, the bed was amazing, and we slept like babies. The condo owner accepts pets, which was wonderful. We were disappointed the pool was closed; however, it was early in April and while we did have some warm days, it was cool and rainy during some of our visit. Overall, I would highly recommend this location to my friends, family and anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay close to all things Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer. Enjoy your stay!

Amazingly relaxing stay

Balcony overlooking a stream and waterfall beside the pool offered unparalleled beauty and peacefulness. The king size bed was very comfortable and relaxing in the hot tub and watching tv was just what we needed. Location is perfect for visiting Gatlinburg or bypassing Gatlinburg to go to Pigeon Forge.

Weekend Getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. Perfect for the two of us, and our two Goldendoodles. Unit was clean and cozy, and Debra was extremely helpful. Just a short 1.5 mile drive down the mountain to downtown, and the Great Smoky Mtn N.P.

Relaxing weekend getaway!

My fiancé and i needed a place to stay after traveling to VA to pick up a new car and Debra really pulled through witg this adorable hubters cabin esque apartment! The building runs right over a running creek and is absolutelt peaceful and serene. The properfy was clean and decorated to fit the Gatlinburg vice. We loved the whirlpool spa and the balcony. The bed was very comfortableDebra was very accomodating and helpful wirh every step of the way. She really helped us make the most of our ahort stay. We will definitely be back again!

My wife and I booked this as a quick weekend get away after the hotel we planned had a booking issue. The location was wonderful and so quiet. The creek running through the building was a wonderful suprise and the water noise drowned out what little traffic noise there is. There is a nice little store with in walking distance for quick needs and the parking was simple to find and use. The room while older and dated by todays standards was reasonably clean with no smells or odors. It had a vintage early 80s charm to it that made it feel nice and homey. The admenties of the chalet were great and had everything you would need for a long term stay with ample daily appliances and a well stocked kitchen. Check in and out was simple and easy and the owner was a pleasure to do business with. Unlike most vrbo there was NOT a laundry list of demands from the owner which was a refreshing change from most of these types of places. The price for the stay and cleaning was very very reasonable and we 1000% plan to stay here again.

So warm & cozy

I had such a wonderful and relaxing time this past week. I did 5 nights, 4 days in Gatlinburg for Thanksgiving. The location is perfect! You can easily get downtown Gatlinburg or bypass and go down to Pigeon Forge. The condo is the perfect size for one person or a couple or 4 people. The balcony has a BEAUTIFUL view of a flowing stream. There’s a little market up the hill that’s got some goodies if you didn’t want to drive back in to town. It’s hard finding a place that is pet friendly. My senior dog enjoyed the nature and taking little walks. Truthfully, I can’t say enough good things about this place! I’ll definitely come back!

Property complex very old.. average rating

The property shared area is very old and needs renovation. The condo itself was clean but also needs renovation. TV was using roku boxes that basicly had no subscription for channels that were loaded and locked out so you could not add channels , so basically no tv. Communication with property management regarding this was useless. Location is convenient to downtown and in main Chalet Village area. Property allows pets which is nice and was quiet, peaceful and reasonably priced. Check in and checkout was easy and straightforward.

Close to town with a touch of outdoorsy

It was a great location! Close enough to the town but also far enough away to where we had some quiet outdoorsy moments. It had everything that we needed, loved the cozy living room with the big TV for the end of the long day exploring Gatlinburg. It was pretty dated and there were some loud AC noises at night in the bedroom, but that's just cosmetic stuff mostly.
