The hotel and staff were excellent. But there was a long walk to any restaurant, which was hard at our age and because there was lots of traffic we opted to stay in and have something delivered. The desk clerk was very helpful. Also, breakfast was very tasty the next morning.

Very disappointed that i had to pay 15 a day for parking. Wasn’t aware when i booked. The property was not walking distance for us. My husband is disabled and cannot walk the distance to shopping on the strip. We hade to pay additional fee for parking in a lot to shop.

Nice hotel with nice front desk staff. Very nice breakfast area. Beware of room 104. Right by the lobby and music playing all night just loud enough to be an annoyance Made it very hard to get any sleep

The best hotel stay in my life!

My husband and I arrived for a few days and we were surprised by the upscale clean hotel at Fairfield gatlinburg Tennessee. Jamar greeted us and checked us in and proceeded thru the week to help with anything we needed. He went above and beyond to be helpful and caring. Our room was beautiful and clean with a king. Kerriann was always attending to us with room cleaning and items we needed with a pleasant smile. Thank you both! I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We will be back! Breakfast was amazing! Loved the Belgium waffles! This whole hotel was spotless! You literally feel so at home! Thanks again!

SISTER TRIP!!!!

We were visiting for the first town from out of state. This hotel was wonderful from the staff, breakfast and room. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg. We were doing a sister trip and it was perfect.

Everything was great about this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. I love the location as it’s close to the restaurants and the sky bridge. The only thing I would say can be improved is their breakfast which is pretty basic. If you don’t care about the breakfast, I would say hotel is very good option to stay.

This hotel is very clean with friendly front desk staff members. The room was wonderful and roomy. What I didn't appreciate was being charged twice for the security deposit. Two days later, I'm waiting to see if one of these charges drops off (as it should). My husband enjoyed the hot tub, but my son said the water in the outdoor heated pool was cold, so he could not swim. The worst thing was that I never could get warm water for my shower at 5:30 in the morning. The hotel is very nice, but these things combined made for an overall unfavorable impression (the categories to rate really don't cover my concerns).
