The staff were all very friendly. The room was very clean and very nice comfy area. We probably wouldn't stay here again but it was nice.

Overall, experience was nice. The staff in the office was very helpful. My Only complaint is the housekeeping was hit or miss. They would show up one day and then not for two days. Had to speak with office staff a couple of times about this one day. I thought they did not show up, but they did, but the only thing they did was left a big pile of towels that were clean, of course, in the bathroom chair. The next time they left a pile of towels on the bed, but did not make up the bed that had been used either way. It wasn’t that big of a deal or a dealbreaker.

The rooms do not match the pictures .i booked a room that was suppose to have hot tub and didnt have one the fire place did not work i didnt have a balconey just a walk way and was in the back side so had a view of a wall from other building with trees .elavaters slow and outdated door took forever to open does have a parking garage under the building so easy parking.the fire pit was nice an pool the room had a stove and dishes that was nice. Very close to the strip i liked that. They do get bears on the property so be careful they didnt seem to be bothered by us.it said it was all booked but seen many empty rooms guess its because its a time share to find out after we got there so guess thats why all in all it was a good stay beside no hot tub and fire place not working

We showed up to check in and was told they were overbooked and had absolutely nothing to put my family in. We had family with a 6 month old meeting us there driving from Florida. We drove from KY. Upon arrival after being told that my family of 7 then had to find another place to stay they didn’t offer another stay or any credit or try to help in any way. We were literally sitting in their driveway having a meltdown and if you have stayed here before you know the building is absolutely huge and multiple stories so it’s very hard to believe that they didn’t even have a 2 bdrm condo open. We also paid for this condo 3 months in advance and nothing was said and nothing was messaged to us until after we tried checking in and was told they had nothing. Absolutely worst experience and for them to not care to try and make it right on their end was even for disappointing.thankfully Hampton across the street was very understanding and amazing I highly recommend them

Our room, bed, kitchen, and bathroom were clean and good. The check in was smooth and helpful. We were close to downtown Gatlinburg and nice eating places. Like this place!

We had a room right next to the elevator. The dinging of the elevator you can hear inside the room. People waiting for the elevators are loud but that’s not the hotels fail. I would stay again but I would also request a room away from the elevator.

If you don’t mind your privacy being invaded, this is the place for you. The first day when I returned to my room, it was evident someone had been inside…the lights were on, the front blind open, my food on the counter moved, my food in the fridge moved, and there was a knife in the kitchen sink (there are no utensils in the room and it was not mine). I reported this to the front desk and they moved me to the adjacent room. The next day I was told by the maintenance manager that the fridge and microwave had been replaced and a hinge fixed (none of which I had reported being an issue). He said he would investigate the key code entry and confirm with me that it was the maintenance staff in my room, but I have not heard from him. Then when I returned later in the day, I found a screw on the bathroom counter and black debris on the toilet and floor. I again reported this to the front desk and was informed they had repaired the shower faucet, Again, not an issue I reported. The front desk said they were escalating this to the property manager but I have not heard anything nor been told why I was provided 2 rooms which needed repairs, and as housekeeping was not provided or requested, why someone, at least twice, went into my rooms without my knowledge or consent. Unacceptable.

Teresa at check in was great. There was an error with my booking which she took care of, and was very welcoming, as was Lee. Out of their control was having to deal with hospitality’s time share speech to get parking pass. I was tired and didn’t like that. The hotel itself was great. Very clean room, pool and hot tub. Bears were on site, but not threatening. Maintenance did a great job managing them. I would recommend.
