Great condo walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg & Convention center

Come enjoy beautiful Gatlinburg in this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom condo. The master has a fireplace and private balcony. It also has a large bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a bathroom and doors leading to the main balcony. The living area is open concept with kitchen, dining area and living room. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Location is great, close to downtown but still quiet for a nice relaxing evening on the deck. A beautiful green space across the street keeps the balcony private and peaceful.

Communication with Host was Excellent!!!Accommodations at this Condo were Excellent, CLEAN!!! The Location is Excellent!!! Just a few blocks from downtown. Rode the Free Trolley downtown daily, Nice! Outstanding property and outstanding location. We stayed for 5 nights in October 2025. Our host was very responsive, quickly and patiently answering all our questions and making sure everything was satisfactory. This residence is within easy walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg which is a plus because parking there can be challenging and expensive! Very well equipped residence, tastefully furnished, with all the amenities we needed and more. We even got to watch two bears walking through the neighborhood from our balcony. We highly recommend this property and host. Thank you for a great stay.
