House was filthy upon our arrival. The type of filth that makes you want to leave. That’s exactly what we did. Host was responsive but amount reimbursed was quite low and disappointing.

The host was exceptional, very responsive and welcoming. The house is filled with higher end things, for example sofa from Pottery Barn and dishes from Williams and Sonoma. It’s clear this host knows about the little things that make a place feel like home. You’ll love it!

Mike was really easy to work with. He wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. The house is really nice and has plenty of room for multiple families to stay in one place. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving while staying here. I would highly recommend staying here. It is a very short drive to downtown Gatlinburg.

We loved our stay for the week! The location is very close to downtown Gatlinburg so easy access to restaurants and activities. Pigeon Forge is also a very short drive. A huge plus was getting to see bears every single day! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for eating in and the beds were all very comfortable. I will say the hill getting us up to the cabin is very steep, especially in the rain. Our entire family definitely would stay here again!

Family trip to the Smokies

We spent 5 nights in Gatlinburg/Smokies. This property was nicely located to both Gatlinburg and the Sugarland visitor center for the Smoky Mountain NP. The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials (pots/pans, plates glasses, etc). Having multiple bathrooms was great with 4 adults and 3 littles (7, 5 & 3). The host, Mike, was great at communicating. He answered any questions I had before and during our stay. We took advantage of the different pools associated with the property. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck at the end of the day either in the chairs or the hot tub. Our boys enjoyed being on "bear watch" each day...and saw multiple bears. Do be sure to lock your vehicle! We saw one bear open a neighboring vehicle. The pool table and arcade games were another nice bonus to keep both the kids and adults entertained. If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely be checking to see if this property is available.

Exceptional Experience

My son got married in Gatlinburg on June 15th and we found this cabin online. It was not a disappointment at all. The place was exactly like the description & the host even checked in on the app to make sure we had everything that we needed. There was a total of 11 of us that stayed at the cabin ages ranged from 2-70 years old. There was something for everyone to enjoy in the cabin. I would highly recommend staying here and would gladly stay here again.
