☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆
Everyone in your group can sleep like a baby thanks to the cabin’s comfortable, spacious bedrooms. All four rooms feature private ensuite bathrooms, digital alarm clocks with both USB ports and outlets, closets and flat-screen Smart TVs.

The first bedroom sits on the main floor and boasts a king-sized bed, access to the deck, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub. There is also a half bath located on this level off of the main living area.

The second bedroom is in the upper-level loft and has two queen-sized beds and a queen-sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, This room has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Please note that though this room is separate from the rest of the home, there is no door and noise may float up from the main level.

The remaining two bedrooms are on the lower level and each has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has direct access to the lower deck.

All four of the full bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and plush towels for your convenience.

☆☆ KITCHEN & GREAT ROOM ☆☆
The kitchen and great room have an open concept, perfect for entertaining or simply hanging out as one large group. The full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for prepping and serving delicious meals. You can come up to the kitchen island for breakfast (seating for 3-4), or enjoy meals together at the dining table (seating for 6).

There is an additional table in the great room that works great for snacking, late-night card games, or both (seating for 4). We aim to make your mornings as pleasant as possible - please help yourselves to our coffee bar complete with a traditional drip coffee maker, a Keurig, and a supply of coffee pods and fixings.

The great room is the perfect spot to chill out after a long day of exploring the beautiful Smoky Mountains area. Curl up on one of the comfy sofas and stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV, devour a good book, or simply enjoy each other’s company. This area also has a stone gas fireplace, large windows with stunning views, and access to the main-level deck.

The lower-level game room is a favorite with guests both young and old. This spacious area features soaring ceilings, a pool table, a multi-game arcade, board games, and a flat-screen Smart TV. There’s even a retro jukebox and gas fireplace to help you to set the perfect ambiance for your pool tournaments or family game nights. There are also plenty of seating areas and access to the lower-level deck.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The cabin features two spacious decks, one off the main floor and one on the lower level.

You can access the main-level deck right from the living room or the first bedroom. Step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air as you grill up lunch on the outdoor gas griddle, enjoy your morning cup of coffee on one of the rocking chairs, or simply enjoy the spectacular views and fresh mountain air.

The lower-level deck is accessible from the game room and the third bedroom. This covered deck has plenty of places to sit or play cornhole, and there’s also a private hot tub - perfect for soaking tired muscles after a day of hiking in the national park!

There’s also a fire pit in the front of the house - please bring your own firewood!

In addition to the private outside space at the cabin, guests will have access to the neighborhood community center, which includes the use of the pool, bowling alley, and more.

Guest Access:

As guests here, you’ll have access to the entire property, including the hot tub, game room, and comfy living spaces. The chalet has an electronic door lock, so you don’t need to go to an office and pick up any keys. You will receive the access code and check-in instructions in your inbox the morning before your arrival. The cabin has a private driveway right in the front with space for up to 4 cars.

A Starter Set of disposable household supplies will be provided, including:
• Bath tissue
• Paper towels
• Trash bags
• Hand soap
• Dish soap
• Dishwasher tablets
• Laundry detergent
• Shampoo, conditioner and body wash
• Keurig coffee pods and condiments

We also have a highchair and a Pack 'n Play for the kiddos in your group.

Please review the information below prior to booking:

BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION: The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age. A Rental Agreement with Mountains Away, a sample of which is available, must be digitally signed and returned to us within 2 days of booking. As part of the agreement, we also require a copy of the signer's government-issued ID and a list of all guests with their ages. Each booking includes our own Accidental Damage coverage, so no need to buy your own. There will be a refundable security deposit of $500 to cover any non-accidental damages or costs. This is done as a "HOLD" on the credit card and is initiated a few days before your arrival. It is released after your departure and our team's inspection.

OCCUPANCY: Local fire safety code and insurance considerations limit occupancy to a maximum of 12 guests (including all adults, children & infants).

CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not allow check-ins or check-outs on holidays. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we do not offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your cabin is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. However, depending on our schedule, we may be able to extend extra check-in/out time at $50 per additional hour. Please message us beforehand to inquire.

SECURITY CAMERAS: There are security cameras located at the front entrance and rear deck for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund.

SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin.

PETS: Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Please inquire and provide pet information prior to booking.

CRITTERS: We have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds, but remember, you are in the mountains so it is not uncommon to see insects, critters and other wildlife. There is a good chance you'll see black bears in the area even if you never go into the woods.

HOT TUB: Our hot tub is meant for adults (25 years and older) to enjoy. For your safety, alcohol and glass are not allowed near the hot tub. The mountain air and relaxing soak should be more than enough to help you unwind after a day of traveling or exploring.

OUTDOOR GRILL: Located on the upper deck, this grill uses gas and functions on a timer for safety purposes.

FIRE PIT: We don't provide wood for the fire pit but that doesn't mean you should try to be a lumberjack. Please do not cut down our trees or break off branches. Save that burly energy and plan to bring or buy your own firewood. Many locations in the area sell bundles.

SERVICE COVERAGE: High speed internet (and WiFi calling) is available at the property, however, cellular and data service may be limited in the surrounding area. You are in the mountains, after all! We encourage getting into Gatlinburg first and then using your GPS to get to our cabin. You can also download the offline version of your GPS app as a navigation backup.

As a reminder, there is no on-site staff so if you need more than what is provided in the Starter Set above, be prepared to bring or buy extra, and don't forget to bring your own personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc.
