Room was good. Check in terrible, slow, ,hidden charges. Charges that need to be advertised, hidden parking charge. The person in front of me, apparently, was not charged a parking charge and they had not reserved their room in advance.

Nice location on creek-- we hung out by the patio behind the hotel a couple times. Breakfast service was a bit below par-- the staff were challenged to keep up with the guests partaking in the breakfast. The food didn't have a lot of flavor.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel and I have to stay it was better than the first time. I didn’t know that right outside the swimming pool is a hot tub and hidden sitting area to relax near the creek. The breakfast every morning was spectacular…the staff was very helpful and the room was WAY bigger than I thought it would be. If definitely gonna book another hotel room here in the fall

Just Ok over the 4th

It was Ok… the check in took almost 45 minutes due to the 3rd party (Hotels.com) not having the revised room charges on the check in (changes were made 5 days prior), so the virtual card was being declined. When you get in at 11pm from a 9 hour drive with 3 kids that are exhausted- not great. It was mostly the Hotel.com at fault here. The stay and amenities were ok. The breakfast was good and thought the staff did great with crazy holiday weekend! I would not stay here again- the Embassy next door has a very nice outdoor pool and area. Here for dance nationals over the 4th of July weekend- it was convenient to walk there- less than half a mile one way. Linens were starting to show wear, but they were clean. Not the worst place I’ve stayed by far.

Our stay was okay. I wish they had told us about the Trolley Service. We found about the Trolley Service from another guest at the hotel. Didn’t know they charged for parking at the hotel. I found that out on my bank statement. House keeper didn’t knock before she entered our room. Thank goodness we were dressed. We stayed in the room while she was cleaning , and she didn’t change our sheets. She just smoothed out the sheets and fluffed the pillows. I ask her to change the sheets, she didn’t understand English well enough to understand what I was saying. I don’t think we’ll be staying there again.

Very nice place!

Great Location! Clean, nice size rooms. Breakfadt was good. Beware, they have started charging $15 a night to park in their own very spacious parking lot, on top of what you pay to stay there. I probably wouldn't stay again because of that. Which is sad because it is a very nice place.
