The rooms are nicely updated & the staff is great! There are two pools with slides, & one of them is heated. All of the rooms have balconies. There are two fire pits for gathering around & meeting new people. The hotel is only a couple of blocks from the main trolley stop & downtown. It was a great stay!

This hotel needs to be condemned, there is no elevator to the second floor, you have to haul your stuff up a ramp. broken glass doors, blood stains on hall carpet, filthy dirty fan blowing on you, that's before we even got to room! room 207, broken shelf in shower that could slice you up if you got near it showering, toilet did not flush, and everything covered in black mold. We immediately went to desk and said we are leaving, run don't walk from this place. Don't believe the photos on expedia, it's all lies!

The room was very dated and dark. The staff who checked us in were very abrupt and gave us no information, for example we were not told the room would not be serviced during our 4 night stay, if we wanted to have our bed changed or clean towels we would have to request them.
