The room was clean and beds were OK, The bathroom was very small and getting the water for the shower to the right temperature was very difficult. It was close enough to walk to most attractions and main street.

Hotel was convenient to everything in Gatlinburg. Found a nice little Italian Restaurant right across the street as well as a small convenience store. The free Trolley dropped us off right at the hotel. The staff was the best on our whole trip very helpful an informative.

Shower was very dated and commode was so close to the wall you could barely use. Bed sheets needed changed or replaced, stained in several places.
