Arriving at the property, youâll appreciate the abundance of paved parking and be drawn to the manicured landscaping. Please note the parking area is shared with the neighboring properties Smoky Vista Cottage & Smoky Vista Lodge. Breathtaking mountain views, including Mount LeConte, can be seen year-round, and as you approach the home you will be drawn by the inviting cat walks and tree house situated just to the side of the lodge. The outdoor living space of this home is truly unequaled and captivating.
As you enter the home, you will feel the attention to detail in this well decorated, spacious, yet cozy home. You will immediately be drawn to the expansive living area, featuring a wall of windows framing the picturesque mountain views. It offers two seating areas, one whose focal point is a converted electric fireplace utilizing the original, stately stone wall and the other a 65â smart TV.
Just off to the left of the entry is the well-stocked kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances and a large, attached dining area with seating for 29. The awe-inspiring views seen from the kitchen will invite you out to the 2 adjoining outdoor spaces, one a dining deck with 5 large picnic tables and the other a deck running the length of the home overlooking the mountains with high top tables and seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening libation.
