I brought a church youth group of 25 from Florida. While planning the trip I found this hotel within walking distance from the Gatlinburg Convention Center that was not only affordable but had rooms big enough for 6 people per room comfortably. I made a lot of calls with many questions and the staff were so kind and accommodating. When we got there it was closer to the convention center and Ober mountain then we thought, the rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was AMAZING! And the view off the balcony with the creek and mountains was beautiful! Thanks in part to the staff it was a successful and great trip with 17 teenagers ๐Ÿ˜‚ I will definitely be booking with them for the conference again next year!

Our room was very nice. They serve a great breakfast selection. However, one of our mornings, the front desk guy had to search for the guy that is in charge of replenishing the food on the bar. We enjoyed the room and the fact the balcony looked over the river. All in all, a good place to stay.

Nice hotel but noisy

Older hotel but in decent shape. The room was very large and breakfast was good. Only complaint was we could hear everything during the might. Elevator was very noisy, we were two rooms away.

The room was updated and clean, a little small, but overall nice and right on the river. The staff were very nice and helpful. The property is located on the very end of the main strip just past Ober, just something to note if you plan to walk to attractions or restaurants at the opposite end. We would stay again in the future.
