The hotel is in walking distance with everything in Gatlinburg. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and the staff could not have friendlier.

Staff was great and helpful but the room can use way better cleaning. Great room for large family, room was really spacious. But The room had really strong cat urine smell and towels had human hair in them and there was food leftover on the fridge from last guest. The bed had a metal noise every time you move position. Side walk can use pressure cleaning. The price and location is good but overall can really use deep cleaning.

The pictures do not represent what you will find. Room: They show a double room, but you get a regular room. Walkway: Like a Motel, you walk outside. Front desk: Tiny, way different from picture, and not leveled to the to elevator. No public restrooms popping on signs on lobby. Breakfast: If you come on the last 30 minutes, you will have a huge line to get pancakes, if you can get it. Rules: Supposedly a non-smoking environment, but my family got annoyed by weed's smell from the next door room. Staff: Non polite, when I complained about the smell, the Lady ready excused was "our crew didn't find anything wrong" (the smell was coming even outside the room door). To wrap it up, she said: Oh, if you are not ok, feel free to leave us a bad review. So here it comes. *** I do not recommend this hotel and will never return.

We had to cancel our stay immediately upon arrival due to the unacceptable condition of the room. The refrigerator contained leftover food, there were clear signs that the room had not been properly cleaned, used paper in the bathroom, and stains on the bed, which raised serious hygiene concerns. This was supposed to be a one-night stay, but the condition of the room made it impossible to stay. We reported the issues right away, and thankfully Expedia processed the cancellation without penalty and issued a full refund. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this hotel. Cleanliness is a basic standard, and unfortunately, it was not met during our visit.
