This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking. This is a pet friendly unit.

The location to the strip is good. It’s a short easy walk. The condo is dated with older appliances and decor. It appeared clean and was quite acceptable for the price point. Parking was good and the view from the deck was excellent. Great water view and great stream sounds. This location is in town but the view feels more like an isolated wooded area with a stream. Don’t think it would disappoint if that’s what you’re going for.

Overall, the unit is outdated and needs significant rework. Examples include: a broken screen door off the master bedroom, the peeling paint in the shower, the low ceilings in the shower, the shower knob that turns infinitely so you don't really know whether it's getting hotter or colder, cracked silicone caulking in the bathroom, a short sink in the master bathroom, the bed has dips where you sink into one spot, and the heating in the master did not match the heating in the second bedroom. The internet was a problem too. I tested it multiple times and only got 2.5Mbps down and 500k upload, making using the internet for streaming a terrible experience. I ended up using my phone as a hotspot for my kids as it was better and more reliable.All and all, the location is actually pretty great, and check in and check out went smoothly. However, in my opinion, the price wasn't worth it.

Location of this condo was perfect! We were able to get out and walk everywhere in Gatlinburg. It was one of the most crowded times in the city so it was great to park and not have to move our car. I loved that we were on the end of the "strip" so it was a hit quieter. The condo itself is dated. But, it has everything you need to have a great trip. I wish it were warmer during our stay so we could've enjoyed the balcony overlooking the creek. It was beautiful. We traveled with our dog. It was a bit difficult to find a good place for a potty break. Had to trek a bit off property to find a grassy spot.

Nice facility. A little dated, but clean. A few issues could be a simple fix like replacing the faucet handle on the master shower. The facility manager was very friendly and helpful. Check in was clear and a breeze. Great location. Easy walk to the main strip.

Pet friendly, quiet location on river despite noisy area. Walking distance to only trail open in National Park where dogs are allowed.The property itself needs some SERIOUS updating and renovation. Missing many kitchen ammenities.

Great location close to all of the attractions and main drag in Gatlinburg and right on the doorstep of the Smokey Mountains National Park. You can walk from your door to a trail in 5 minutes. The particular unit we stayed in had enough space for 6 people and we enjoyed our stay. However, parts of the unit are quite dated, in particular the second shared bathroom is in serious need of updating and some basic repairs.

Great spot overlooking the river, and walking distance from the strip. Two bears ran right next to our condo. A lot of room in the condo with a huge balcony. Not the most updated place but still very nice, could use a deep cleaning.

Great Creek Location Steps From the Park

We've stayed several places in Gatlinburg, but this was easily our favorite so far. Just around the corner is the Gatlinburg trail with a fantastic 2-mile hike/run to Sugarlands Visitor's Center. When you get tired of the park you're right next to all the dining and attractions options you could want with no need to drive. Our condo was freshly cleaned, check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff was very friendly. All the units are directly on the river so you get a great view. Very nice place to stay, we'll be back.

Nice Place

Great quiet location. Our unit balcony overlooked river and woods. Nice to sleep with the sound of water. Easy walk to downtown areas plus at trailhead of Gatlinburg trail. If I come to the area again, I will stay here.

Perfect Gatlinburg stay

Check in/out process was super easy. Although a little dated, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, living room furniture the most comfortable at any rental I've ever stayed at. Location is perfect, just off the strip with plenty of parking. We didn't need to leave town to see bear, we got to see one right in town walking back to the condo. Super close to GSM. Would stay here again.

Great location

Condo has been up updated compared to pictures. It was a great location and easy access to everything. Our water heater leaked and the property manager was there to fix it shortly. Definitely would stay here again!!!
