Parking was a couple of blocks away so with bags and being an older person it was a little inconvenient. Wasn't really walkable. We had to catch cabs.

We had a clean comfortable room with a super large comfortable bed. Staff were helpful and efficient. We dined in the restaurant which did not seem to be very busy but the food was excellent. Will be returning soon.

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times in the past year, often for multiple nights at a time and this was my most disappointing. There was mould in the shower and broken towel holder. They either didn't come at all to service the room or showed at 5pm when I was in, despite me putting a sign on my door I was out all day. I also went to reception to ask for instructions on how to work the AC/Heating controls and was told she gets asked all the time, has told management and they do nothing about it.

Everything was perfect but for the bed. The mattress was in a bad shape so not very comfortable. Also the mattress protector was the kind of plastic kind which make you way too hot at night.
