Azul Casa del Lago: Getaway to Possum Kingdom Lake on the Water

This waterfront home with dock is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located across the street from the airport at Possum Kingdom Lake. This private home has a wood-burning fireplace, central air and heat, high-speed WiFi, a screened-in porch, and fabulous views of the lake from the kitchen, living, and dining room. The home is about a 10-minute drive to Rocker-B-Ranch.

Laminate wood planks cover all the floors. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and full bath with a tub/shower combo. The guest bath has a step-in shower. The home has central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, gas range, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and side-by-side refrigerator. The living area has a smart flat-screen TV and DVD player. Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, and Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and twin-size bunk bed.

A boat can be tied to the private dock. Our water access has a sandy bottom, which is excellent for water activities.
As of March 1, 2024, the lake is full.

Free access to Toy Shed with paddle boat, kayaks, bikes, and yard games. Toy Shed requires an additional agreement to be signed and returned before arrival.

Carport cover for two vehicles.

Swimming and sunbathing off of private dock (no diving).

We had an excellent stay at this property and would absolutely come back. The home was incredibly well stocked with thoughtful touches that made everything easy and comfortable for our family of five. We especially appreciated that the owners provided equipment for enjoying the lake — even life jackets for the kayaks — which made it simple to jump right into the fun without needing to bring extra gear.The location is fantastic, with beautiful lake views and direct access to the water from the private dock. It was perfect for relaxing, swimming, kayaking, and spending quality family time together. The house itself was very comfortable, clean, and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out.Overall, this property struck a great balance of convenience, comfort, and location. If you’re looking for a well-equipped lake house that makes it easy to enjoy Possum Kingdom Lake, this is a great choice. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed that the home was between the bait shop and the grocery store. This is a great place if you have little ones. The water isn't deep and there is sand vs rocks like in other spots.

Great place to stay. Beautiful sunset/lake views and the dock was great for fishing. Caught several catfish and 2 nice bass. The home feels huge inside with big comfy beds. Kitchen was well stocked and the toy shed was an extra bonus. We especially enjoyed the fire ring out front and making smores. They also have a really good bbq pit that has gas on one side and charcoal on the other.We look forward to coming back.

We stayed from Friday to Sunday and had an amazing time at Azul Casa del Lago! The house had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable bedrooms. The location was perfect — we swam all day, enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and even night fishing right from the property. This was a last-minute surprise summer getaway before school starts for the kids, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We made wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back!

Loved the location - right on the water with amazing sunset views. Very fun firepit and comfortable screened porch. Enough space for everyone inside with games and movies available. The only downers were the guest sink that didn't drain, a huge wasp nest on the front porch railing where my son was stung, and many large spiderwebs on the dock railing.

This property is EXCEPTIONALLY clean and comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked and the toy shed was wonderful- the kids really enjoyed using the equipment- the kayaks and the paddle boat were well used. The dock worked well for our boat and wave runner and the kids had fun fishing right there. Easy access. We swam right there all three days and had fires at night and we really made some memories!! Thank you!!

Great spot on the lake!

Stayed for a baseball tournament at Rocker B. Great spot on the lake for swimming and fishing. This place has everything you will ever need. Close to dinning (Pizza Shack was AMAZING)! Near the convenience store and only about 15 mins from Rocker B. Our family had a blast!

Baseball weekend

The lake house was so much better than the pictures. We had a long baseball weekend and the boys enjoyed every minute of it. We went out fishing almost our whole stay. My family and another family came down for the weekend to play at Rocker B for a baseball tournament. The home was just a quick drive to the tournament. The home was right on the water with a cute little deck and a fire ring to enjoy while the kids played.

What a delightful place to stay. The communication with the owners was flawless. The home is close to the pier, we all caught fish- plus 2 turtles. Air conditioning was adequate, ceiling fans helped a lot. And the toy box was wonderful. Some family took the paddle boat out and had a wonderful time. We would love to stay here again

Nice stay

Beautiful sunsets. A/C was very loud and was hard to sleep when it cycle on and off. Screen patio was nice to keep all the bugs out.
