The house was nice, comfortable, and exactly as described. Unfortunately, the primary bedroom A/C wasn’t working during our stay, and the room stayed around 80F, which made it very difficult to sleep. To the host’s credit, they responded quickly and made every effort to get the issue resolved. An A/C repair company came out, but unfortunately they weren’t able to fix the problem before our stay ended. While we appreciate the host’s responsiveness and understand that some issues are outside of their control, the lack of air conditioning in the primary bedroom did impact our overall experience.
