Huge Lake Home with beautiful views, dock and lake access - sleeps 19

This beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bath home is designed with multiple families in mind. The beautiful open concept home has gorgeous views to the lake and access via the multi-level dock. The main living, dining room and kitchen are open and have all of the amenities needed for your vacation. The main dining table seats 10 people with additional seating around the kitchen bar. The laundry area has an extra fridge and sink. The knotty alder woodwork and casing throughout the home gives it a lake home vibe.

The game room separates the open living/dining/kitchen from the cozy den. The pool table converts for a fun game of ping pong. The second living area features a large wet bar. Five barstools around the wet bar allow you to enjoy cold beverages or opt for a game of cards or a board game at the 6 person dining/game table. The comfy couches are perfect for winding down after a day on the lake with a movie or playing video games. The rocking porch is just off of the game room and you can enjoy watching the kids play on the outside play set from this area.

The large multi-level deck is perfect for hosting a party or entertaining a large group. The 3000 sq ft two story dock boasts an outdoor kitchen, where you can enjoy the lake while grilling. The lift slip is reserved for the owners of the home but the other slip and dock areas are available for docking your private watercraft.

The large master bedroom has a king bed and a pullout sofa. It has a beautiful lake view and a private deck. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. Bedroom 2 can sleep 4 with a queen bed and a pullout couch. Bedroom 3 has a full bed and a set of bunk beds. The loft room has a queen bed with a twin and a trundle and overlooks the game room. The first bathroom has a walk in shower and a single sink. The second bathroom has a tub/shower with a large sink and large counter area. Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family of 12 and 4 generations! Everyone enjoyed the game rooms and the large kitchen and table for meals. But the dock won the prize for fishing and jumping especially from the top deck! Would definitely recommend this property for large groups.

Humongous lake house with lots of room & awesome view

Everything about this house and it’s location is absolutely perfect…. Plenty of room for our family gathering of 16….. And it never felt crowded! So much room!! There is even a wet bar - we didn’t use it - but it’s a very nice one!! The boat dock was awesome as we had a boat and 2 jet skis (with plenty of room for more). So there was always something to do. The kids swam all day long. The rope swing was actually the highlight for the kids…. Even my 4 year old nephew LOVED IT and couldn’t get enough of it! The inside kitchen is HUGE and can accommodate A LOT of cooks at one time!! 😂 Having an outdoor kitchen & grill was actually really nice as well! The game room has a pool table and ping pong - which was also a highlight for the teenagers!! The Sono surround sound system for outdoors was super cool and wade it more enjoyable outside with music! This place has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy yourself at Possum Kingdom Lake. Hells Gate was literally 5 minutes away by boat or jet ski… we will be staying here again in the future that’s for sure. (Might even make this our annual gathering spot). Worth every penny you spend for this place! Love it here!! You won’t be disappointed when you rent this house!!! The hosts were very responsive and communicated quickly when needed! We had a blast, to say the least!!

The house is amazing. Perfect views in the main living/kitchen and master bedroom. No need to be in-doors though, the outdoor kitchen and pier area are amazing places to enjoy the lake views and jump in the water. Plenty of room and bathrooms, and kitchen area to accommodate 5 families. Beter bedroom shades could be provided, but we overlooked considering the greatness of this house and access to Lush if you want it. Property Manager was very helpful the entire time as well.

Wonderful property for a large group. All bedrooms are in separated areas of the house.

From check-in to check-out everything was a pleasure. Decks & dock are wonderful. There are a lot of steps which could be a problem for some. The 6 burner stove, 2 refrigerators and 2 sinks was a dream when you have a large group. Plenty of parking for all families coming in from different locations. Large dining area plus bar, a separate wet bar, play room & game room provided lots of room for everyone. The swing on top of the dock was a big hit with older children. Definitely would use again!!!

Gorgeous View

This is a roomy lakehouse with an amazing view of the lake. The house was well-stocked. The rope swing off the top of the dock was so fun! Our grandsons loved taking a bubble bath in the big, jetted garden tub in the master bathroom that also had a beautiful lake view. We would love to come again!

Perfect for multiple families

This house was perfect for our trip. It was spacious and beautiful. It had several outdoor areas to enjoy as well as indoor areas so a house full of people were not on top of each other. If a situation arose that needed attention, there was immediate communication and response. Would definitely stay again!

Good place but could be great

First the pros - it’s a great house with lots of space for everyone to spread out. - Bo went out of his way to help us feel welcome and to make our stay smooth. Now the cons - The house is in need of a good deep clean/handyman. There were a few places that were dirty, and some small repairs needed (missing outlet covers, door knobs, etc) - neither grill in the outdoor kitchen was working and both were very dirty. This basically made that space unusable. - As another reviewer said the dock is very exposed. The pictures show a boat lift but it is not working. We broke multiple 1/2” dock lines and both our boat and jet ski took beatings. Overall it’s a great space and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if they got the boat lift working.

Bees and broken filthy grills

We checking into this house and we’re greeted with thousands of bees outside. To their credit they attempted to alleviate the bees but they were just as bad the next few days. The biggest complaint is the grilling area. For a lake house that is meant to hold 3-4 families you’d expect most meals to be prepared on a grill (burgers, dogs, steaks...) but the gas grill had 1/6 working burners, broken ignition system and was very dirty. The charcoal kamado-type grill was SO caked with crap that I almost threw up. Also know that if you’re bringing your own boat that the dock is on the main channel and very exposed. We had two 3/8 dock lines snap from the chop and a 1/2 dock line snap. Our poor boat took a beating in the slip. It’s unfortunate as the house lays out so well for a multi-family trip.

Everything about this property was amazing. We had 16 people and tons of room. The views were amazing. Clay and Bo were great! My family is begging for us to come back here every year.
