Staff was great, wanted to help and willing to listen. Found pubic hair here and there in the bathroom, and dead bed bugs on one of the bed on our rooms. Asked for a refund of our stay, and got no answer yet. Will keep calling until I can have a full refund. Disgusting.

Take pictures of your room asap.

Breakfast and beds were comfortable. When we arrived we noticed a rip in the window covering. Thought nothing of it. One of my kids opened the door and it got caught and made the hole bigger. The hotel has now charged me $100 for a new window covering for making a hole they knew about, bigger. Absolutely sickening.

Busy continental breakfast area especially during the Quebec 'construction holiday'. If you're going to the Zoo, make sure you leave the hotel at least 30 min before the zoo opens - traffic is gridlock to the zoo's parking lot...

The room was clean, but the décor felt outdated, and many things were in disrepair. It had the vibe of a budget motel despite charging hotel rates. Our room was partly below ground, with a weak internet connection and a noticeable musty odor. I do not recommend this place.

Good place

I called ahead to ensure I would be able to check in early, and was assured it would not be a problem. Well, I got there and had to wait an hour and got to check in at the regular time. Had a bedroom in the basements, it was clean and soundproof for the most part. All staff seem happy and friendly.
