A Close Call

After checking in, I went up to my room to shower. While I was in the shower I heard my door open, come to find out my room was double booked and an access card was giving to another family. Thankfully I was dressed. Manager did reach out to apologize, but this could have been so much worse.

The door on my room 334 is not properly fit for the door way you can see thru a space at the bottom of the door and my son kept sticking his hand thru it. The AC unit in this room does not get lower than 70 and it is Arizona it is hot during the summer at night and me and my 3 kids were hot all night.

Windows were dirty. Some areas were dusty. It was kinda unsafe. For my client and my sibling's, and it wasn't handicap unit. Plus one of my sibling was in her wheelchair and they didn't notice in the first place, when I checked in. And i even ask for a handicap unit.
