I did not expect to be satisfied with this hotel choice especially for the price. The rooms have been recently remodeled, the hotel offered a real breackfast, not just muffins and fruit. I will stay here on all of my future trips to Williams, AZ. The only complaint I have is about the noise from a few other guests and their pets.

Older hotel but overall FANTASTIC stay! The staff was amazing! I brought my English Bulldog and they placed us on the first floor without me having to ask, they also placed the other 2 rooms (parties) with me next to my room. There were 4 other dogs staying next to us, so extremely pet friendly. I will stay again if I’m ever in Williams.

Staff was kind, but our room smelled horrible and it was pretty dirty. It was still dirty and smelly even after asking them to come clean. Pretty disappointing after seeing a bunch of reviews talk highly of this property. It was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed in. Breakfast was decent.

We brought to the staff attention sewage smell in the room. A young guy came to see it and said he would report it to management. We had to keep the bathroom door closed with the light/vent on to air out. It didn’t get resolved.
