The Cocoonr agency offers this charming, air-conditioned annexe for rent in Grasse, with access to a shared swimming pool. It has a surface area of 75 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room, and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 200 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The annex is located on the same grounds as the owners' house.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A dining area
- A laundry room
On the first floor
- Bedroom 1 (air-conditioned): two single beds, a television, a sofa
- A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
On the second floor
- Bedroom 2 (air-conditioned): a king-size bed (180×200) and a single bed, a shower area (separated by a screen) with sink and toilet
The three floors are connected by a staircase shared with the neighbour who lives in the same building. The neighbour does not have access to the private terrace or the swimming pool.
For even more comfort, you can enjoy the following additional amenities: barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A shared 9×4m swimming pool (unheated), open from early May to late September, equipped with a safety alarm. The pool is shared with the owners, but
- A beautiful 200m² private garden
- A private, shaded 30m² terrace, facing south-west, with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Grasse, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage and private car park of the house (2 vehicles).
