The entire Hotel was clean and fresh. It did not smell of cleaning products, but fresh Real Clean. The staff was outstanding. This is now my family’s place to stay when traveling.

This is the 1st hotel I've been to that it's only one roll of tissue and no trash bags in the trash cans. The girl at front desk said they only put one roll of tissue in rooms and don't put trash bags in rooms. That was crazy to me cause it seems that it would be easier. The breakfast was ok but wasn't expecting to have the same thing both days.

Staff was wonderful however the laundry amenities' dryer lint trap was full of debris. The temperature barely moved down after 5 hours and was too warm. The water pressure was terrible and was difficult to rinse off completely. The bed was way too soft. We checked out early around midnight and did not stay the night. Would like some kind of reimbursement.
