Locked out of my room, because the door was jammed had to wait for maintenance, slept on lobby couch till they came, in the middle of the night. Was traveling all day had to ask for a bottle of water. It is not about compensation, but don’t act like someone did not experience something so you can avoid doing something for them. Not even a sorry.
