Very clean hotel. Rooms. The lady in the cafeteria saw as leaving at 5:30 a.m and she offered some juice and a concha mexicana. Excellent customer service.

I really liked was only 12 minutes away from the airport and closer to the city , all in the installation are brand new, also they have coffee espresso machine for all the guesses , honestly I recommend this hotel.

I booked this hotel based on the advertised free airport shuttle. After confirming my flight details with the hotel directly, we arrived to find no shuttle and no record of our request. Their solution was to pay for an Uber at our own expense. After over an hour of calls and being left on hold, they finally arranged a pickup — but we were forced to walk 12 minutes to a gas station at 2:30 a.m. with luggage and my pregnant wife, because the driver could not come to the terminal. We settled at hotel near 3:45 a.m. The next day, we found more issues: Breakfast was extremely limited and the cut fruit gave both of us food poisoning, derailing our plans. Staff refused basic requests (like bananas) when items ran out. Housekeeping refolded a used, dirty towel and placed it back as "clean." Water shut off without warning, forcing me to wash soap off my hands in the lobby. Air conditioning was unbearably loud, making rest impossible. At no point did management offer any apology, explanation, or compensation for the series of unacceptable failures. This hotel’s operations are careless, their advertising is misleading, and their basic hospitality standards are nonexistent. I strongly advise against staying here.

Lo único que deben revisar son las políticas sobre el servicio de Shuttle al aeropuerto y que no son claras las horas de Check in y check out, pareciera que es 27/7. Decidí este hotel porque tenía incluido el transporte y porque llegué inesperadamente a la 1 am. Tuve que pagar el transporte desde aleropuerto al Hotel. Sí pasé muy mal momento por eso, sin embargo, la atención y que me recibieran a las 4 am, además de un yougurt que no me cobraron, compensó el mal rato. Aun así, me parece importante revisar esos términos y condiciones de la página de Hotels.

Close to the airport but they falsely advertise transportation to airport.when you get there they tell you they do not offer shuttles service to the airport. Also beware we were a party of 5 with two young children and they charged extra for each ocupant in the room equal to the amount of abother room so we just ended up gettting another room.

Place is new awesome hotel and awesome staff , they do not have shuttle servíce as advertised from airport , but will find a taxi to bring you it cost me 800 peso round trip . Area around hotel not to friendly

La reservación que hagan con hoteles.com, la propiedad en este caso el hotel avid no los apoyará realizando la factura que por ley corresponde obtener. La propiedad se excusa que el contrato se celebra con hoteles.com Tengo años reservando por esta plataforma y en todos los hoteles amablemente te realizan tu factura, pero en este hotel se niegan a hacerlo! Si necesitan facturar su estancia no se hospeden aquí!
