The room was clean with fresh bedsheets and a cleaned bathroom. We chose this hotel on our last day of our stay in Jalisco because they offer a shuttle service back to the airport. The front desk is up the elevator which is confusing at first because it wasn't your traditional hotel front door or lobby (on the first floor) The bed was comfortable and not blown out. The room was basic yet modern. There were no loud noises or yelling heard during out stay. This hotel is situated along the major roadway, you can faintly hear the cars traveling down the roadway but the room was quite enough for rest and sleep. There is the standard bathroom shampoo and shower gel made by Dove. There are 2 large clean white towels for use. I got nothing back to say about this hotel.

This hotel is new and it was a great experience! They picked us up at the airport and the driver was extremely nice. The check in was easy and the counter girl was super friendly. Will stay here again for sure 💕

The place is overall good, transportation to and from the airport hourly (not super timely but great amenity) the place is very clean, did not enjoy breakfast or additional services. Just slept one night. Otherwise, a very good looking hotel and comfortable place, about 15 minutes from the airport. Cons: I was charged $15 more than quoted now that i recall. They offered snacks at check-in to certain guests with no explaination or offer to the other ones.The bathroom shower tiles should probably be replaced or recaulked, doesnt feel or look super clean.

Nice staff. Close to hotel with easy, quick shuttle service. Or, take an uber for around $5 USD. Room was clean and bathroom was nice. Beds are comfy. Hotel Is quiet. Air conditioner worked well and was quiet. Safe. Restaurant next door is DELICIOUS. Would stay again.
