Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

It was the worst experience I’ve had in years. The hotel room was worse than a hospital room. It had those white cold lights that made the room look depressing. The AC was not working and the temperature didn’t get cooler than 90F. The shower was leaking all the water which got all over the floor. My husband and I had to ran out of that place and not look back. We ended up making new reservations for another hotel (Hard Rock hotel) which turned out to be even 25 usd cheaper. Never again staying in that horrible hotel.

They allowed us to do check-in very early and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be staying again. They have accesible washer and dryer and even gave you one detergent pod. All bathrooms were clean even near the pool. I just wish they had more chairs near the pool, some people put their towels on them to “reserve” them but in over an hour never even came to sit in them because they were at the grill area.

La ubicación es buena, la entrada y salida del establecimiento también es accesible y fácil. El staff amable. Los inconvenientes fueron: la regadera estaba tapada y no se iba el agua. El respirador del baño no servía y dado que no tenía ninguna ventana que se abriera, tenía que abrir la puerta de vez en cuando para ventilacion.
