I only stayed for one night but had a nice time staying at this hotel. The only difficulty was finding it on Google Maps - it's listed as "Hotel Vista Hermosa" rather than HVH by Yaxché. With that said, it's super easy to check-in and check-out, the surrounding area is in the historic city center, and there's even a restaurant on the third floor. I would definitely stay here again for a short-term stay.

The traffic noise is terrible. Located at the corner of a busy intersection with only a 2-meter setback from the street. However, within easy walking distance to many attractions.

The staff is nice (polite) my room was 4F needs an upgrade . The a/c doesn’t work temp.in Guadalajara mex this weekend was 87% . I did let the staff know and nothing was done about it . Room need to be painted , tile was broken . Overall the entire property needs an upgrade . Would not stay at this property again .

Room is small but clean, everything is within walking distance. But at night on the weekends the bars next door have music is playing all night, but dont mind the noise, overall a good place to stay.

The room was great and absolutely clean. However, the restaurant in the hotel closes at 2 p.m. The area around the hotel had limited dining options (mostly buffets) and was not a good area for walking after dark. While the staff was wonderful, the hotel amenities are lacking—I received two bath towels but no hand towel or bath mat. I had to go out and purchase a hand towel. Also, the magnetic key system did not work properly. The desk person told me that I had to stop at the desk for a new key after every time I left my room. Even then, sometimes the new card did not work.
