They offer a free shuttle to the airport, but only have a low capacity van. Times are fixed and one must reserve. They only take reservations for checked in guests. If your flight arrives later than other guests, slots fill up and they do not offer alternatives. Staff is quite "transactional". Not particularly friendly.

2nd time staying here . First time everything was perfect .. 2nd time not so much , first got put in a suit , where the AC was not working (we were not told this upon checking in) noticed 2 fans inside of the room , and thought maybe it was complimentary.. once asked to switch rooms, staff seemed pretty annoyed with it . Was able to switch rooms , but noticed constant faucet smell , room was not cleaned in 4 days of stayed . Not once they showed up to clean/switch towels etc .. most of staff were very pleasant, others not so much . Girls at the front desk looked very annoyed when customer walked in and interrupted whatever they were gossiping about . Overall great place to stay, but definitely need to work on some services .

The hotel smelled great as you walked in and the rooms where clean and comfortable. We ordered the club sandwiches for dinner and they were delicious. My only complaints would be that they did not have enough shuttle service and we had to order a taxi to take us to the airport at 5 am. Getting to the hotel was tricky as it does not have an entry off the main road you need to exit ahead and drive up a road under construction to enter the hotel. This hotel is newer compared to the Holiday Inn and Hilton which we used to stay and for comparable prices.
