Don’t reserve this property!!

I didn’t check in. When I arrived at the property around 8:00pm, there is no signage. Just a single door with a number and a single light. There are no other lights on the street. When I rang the doorbell it took a few minutes for a woman to answer. I told her I had a reservation. She didn’t speak English and was confused. I showed her my confirmation from Hotels. She was still confused. She made a phone call and talked to someone for more than 10 minutes. Luckily the taxi driver waited for us because it was a sketchy neighborhood. After 15+ minutes, we left and went to a different hotel. I’m contacting Hotels.com for a full refund. Horrible experience.

La atención del personal fue grosera y siempre de mala manera. El lugar está muy bien y muy ubicado pero a nadie le gusta que le maltraten para poder entrar a dormir en un cuarto que ya pagó y al cual tiene derecho.

La habitación muy limpia y decoración moderna tipo industrial. Es importante aclarar que hay que marcar antes de llegar pues no es un hotel convencional con recepción, se manejan en base a claves de acceso de cerraduras electrónicas, pero la señorita encargada es sumamente amable y servicial, una vez con las claves es muy fácil entrar y salir.

Excelente ubicacion asi como instalaciones. Muy agradable el lugar, solo que no hay recepción. Todo es x llamada o mensaje. Lo malo es que no hay estacionamiento. Se tiene que dejar el carro en la calle
