The on site restaurant was perfect for our stay. I enjoyed a short stroll and visited in the little coffee setup by the restaurant. And great coffee! We would stay again if in the area.

Fantastic stay - Highley recommend!

We had an amazing stay at the Best Western Premier! The room was very clean and spacious, providing plenty of space for our family to relax. The lobby was beautiful and spotless, creating a welcoming first impression. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant—great food and excellent service made dining convenient and enjoyable. One of the highlights for us was the indoor pool, which the kids absolutely loved! It was well-maintained and perfect for some family fun. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I loved this hotel - was perfect for a one night stay! The lobby was a great place to hang out with a large group and the pub had a fun atmosphere. The water was a little tinted dark in the shower. That would be my only concern!

Clean and welcoming

Our stay was just an overnight with our grandchildren to attend the horse show. Kids enjoyed the pool. The check in was easy and welcoming. Rooms were fully stocked and clean. Very very nice place to stay.

The staff was very rude and also refused to allow my F-250 harley davidson edition pick up truck park out front after advising me it would not fit in any garage. The Valet was rude about it and also offered no help. After arguing with me when I explained we had been driving 9 hours and were tired, I asked if they could please allow me to park out front at Valet like the other car they had out front, they denied me the ability to. I even offered to leave my keys and pay extra. I then had to leave to go book a new booking at the Omni who allowed my truck to park out front with no problems.

Lovely hotel with extremely friendly staff

The hotel is very nice. The lobby is gorgeous - too bad the lobby bar was not open, but the restaurant/bar was. The pool was lovely and there is a very small game room that is very warm outside of the pool. 99% of the staff we interacted with was super friendly. The room was clean and included a couch, ottoman and work space along with the refrigerator, coffee pot, etc. There is a pretty busy street behind the hotel and I did hear traffic, mostly in the morning. The restaurant offered breakfast (at a cost) that was good. On Sunday it was a good buffet. The staff there was also extremely pleasant. All in all a very good experience.

My Fiance and I love this location! It’s our favorite to stay at when we come in to Harrisburg. It’s warm and inviting and has everything you need right around it. O’Reillys is also our favorite restaurant to eat, It’s super convenient that it’s attached to the hotel so no need to leave the building. The pool/ arcade area is great for kids and any adult.
