Met the needs but could do better.

Served its need but nothing special. We knew we had no complimentary breakfast so we brought items to warm up In the room. But no microwave in room. Parking was a chore. Just pay to park but the hotel should comp the cost.

Noisy Hotel

There were motorcycles and loud souped up cars all thru the night. At 3 am, they were still at it. The noise was horrible and we didnt gwt much sleep, even on the 8th floor.

Not worth the money. Don't stay or eat here.

The bed was uncomfortable, the hotel is outdated, DO NOT GET THE BREAKFAST, BECAUSE THE FOOD ISN'T FRESH. The eggs were crusty, and cold. The biscuits were bricks. The grits tasted awful, and sour.

Guest services staff excellent, valet parking highly recommended and the staff is excellent. Housekeeping for bathroom areas need more attention - it was obvious that the shower, floor, and sink areas were not cleaned before my stay. Otherwise, it is an excellent hotel and convenient for downtown stays.
