I had a pill and a sock under my bed. The toilet is very loud when you flush. Two big holes in my curtain. The knobs on the cabinets were all loose. Shower curtain was dirty. Elevator by my room was out of service so I had to walk to the other side of the hotel to get on the elevator. Guest above me was very loud. TV kept pausing. No body mirrors. And the plugs don’t hold your charger cord in.

Both the pool and hot tub worked, and the aquatic area was warm. A real delight, and one that is rare in lodging facilities.

Front desk check-in and breakfast ladies not friendly. Wet glasses put back in cabinets upside down. Carpet had dirt and empty bottles on floor. People pounding feet on floor above into late night hours. Employees come in/out of door in breakfast eating area, with each time cold air pouring in and them letting it slam every two minutes.

Check in was okay, the lady at the desk checking us in wasnt very friendly or personable and didnt explain anything, like ghe $100 hold on the card. Our room was okay, the shower rod was falling down and it had a weird smell in it. Beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious. Pool was small and did not the the proper safety equipment around. Nor did it have a first aid kid. It also wasnt ventilated very well and as soon as you walk in, the room burns your eyes with the smell of the chlorine. Their were also never any pool towels in there so we had to use our room towels. Breakfast was terrible, their were moldy bagels and english muffins. When i mentioned it they did take care of them right away but they shouldve never been put out in the first place. Overall Id rate it a 5/10. Id stay there again and just skip the pool and the breakfast.

Clean and great service

Gretchen the host/checkin associate was amazing! She welcomed us with hot coffee and her crew members delivered hands down on a clean room and facility! Will definitely return. Breakfast was 10 stars! The breakfast cook was friendly and cooked some really good food!

This property was nice. Room was clean and service was good. However, the $100 nonrefundable pet fee was excessive. Comparable properties only charge $35 per pet. The pet fee also needs to be more apparent on the expedia site when booking; seems like everyone knows this pet fee is too high.
