My entire family had the best time of there lives and the view was spectacular your company were so hospitable with everything. Thank you so much and we are thinking of using your cabin again for next year
We loved this house. As the photos reflect, it is dated (but in a good way). Feels like a cabin on the lake. The longer we stayed, the more we loved it. The views were exceptional, and the eagles flying over (and even landing in the yard) were amazing. The two living areas were perfect for my family to spread out and everyone have their own space. The drive to town is long and very winding, so I wouldn't plan to do that a lot. Great dock for the boat and hanging out, and the house is located at the end of a quiet road. I'd definitely stay here again.
The location of this lake house is fantastic (5 stars) â right on the water with easy lake access and a convenient boat slip. Itâs hard to beat the setting if youâre looking to spend time on the lake. That said, the home itself is overpriced for what it offers. While the cabin had the basics, itâs quite dated and not entirely renter-ready (3 stars). For example, noise easily travels from the main floor to the basement â making it difficult for anyone sleeping downstairs to get rest, especially with the loud sound of toilets flushing above. The biggest disappointment was the **major construction project** happening directly next door. Construction vehicles were active all day, starting early in the morning on weekdays, with some even parked partially on the rental property. This was not disclosed in the listing, and given the scale of the project, it seems clear that this has been ongoing â and will continue â for some time. The noise and disruption were a significant drawback to an otherwise peaceful location. Fortunately, the management company was responsive and agreed to issue a partial discount after we raised the issue.I do want to call out that the management team was helpful and accommodating overall. When we discovered there was no coffee grinder or tea kettle, they sent someone out to drop them off promptly.Overall, we enjoyed the lake itself, but the value doesnât quite match the price â especially with the active construction and the cabinâs dated condition.
