Das Hotel liegt ziemlich nah bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten (ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß). Trotz Nähe zur Hauptstraße ist es sehr ruhig dank Seitenstraße. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Das WLAN hat allerdings eher mittelmäßig funktioniert und der Komfort war auch nicht der beste. Mit dem relativ niedrigen Preis für Ho Chi Minh City Verhältnisse ist es aber zu vereinbaren.
