Location is good. However this property is right next to a kareoke/bar that was very loud from about 8pm to 2am. It was very hard to sleep. So unless you like to spend the nights out I wouldn’t stay here. The room itself is okay, very basic. The ceiling was quite low and bathroom very basic.

Great accommodation in District 1 HCMC

My stay at Zeus Living Hotel was truly amazing! The room was clean and cozy plus it’s very close to shops and markets. Ares was also very accommodating to my requests and went the extra mile to satisfy their customers. And did I mention it was so affordable? Highly recommended!

I liked that it was clean and close to a lot of restaurants. I didn’t like that I would have to constantly ask for things like the water and toilet paper to be refilled. At one point they were out of drinking water for over 12 hours. I had to go to the coffee shop to get something to drink because I was so thirsty…

There was an issue with our room after our booking. The host moved us to another of the hotels in their establishment, this was only 200m down the road. The room was huge, clean and modern, had all the facilities that we needed. Shout out to Areus that kept us well informed along the way and made the transition extremely smooth. He went above and beyond to make sure we were settled and okay. If i ever return to HCMC would definitely rebook to our changed accommodation

Hotel inmejorable pero zona demasiado ruidosa.

El hotel no tiene recepción y todo es online. La atención y ayuda no obstante es muy buena. Hay una cafetería debajo que te ayuda en tus necesidades. La zona muy ruidosa, céntrica pero por la noches cuesta dormir.

Stayed from Jan 29,2025 to Jan 31,2025. Worst experience ever! The hotel does not have a swimming pool as advertised (the size is similar to a jacuzzi) There is no receptionist, no email 72 hours prior arrival to instruct guests. The phone number listed on the email confirmation + 15555555 are incorrect). Newly renovated = new shower!!! Room has balcony = fire escape area ( not sure which building code it is )

J'ai tenté maintes fois de laisser des mails concernant leur réception inexistante , de France , un mois avant mon départ, mon avion arrivant À 22h30. En vain. Plusieurs échanges aussi avec Expedia. 3 nuitées payées, à mon arrivée j'ai dû trouver autre hôtel de secours. J'attends à ce jour le remboursement de la première nuit. Sans suite......le 2nd jour , par hasard j'apprends que le café attenant gère la remise des clés ???? Mais aucune implication avec la gestion de l'hôtel... Pas de lien, pas de suivi, pas d'assistance.....à fuir. Même pas de bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée, geste gracieux pratiqué dans tous les autres hôtels...
