Find earwigs in the bathroom. Toilet got backed up. Chlorine smell by the pool was too strong didn’t use for that reason. Continental breakfast was spot on very good assortments to choose from.

The staff were friendly, but the overall experience was quite basic. The breakfast was very standard, the room felt dark and somewhat damp, and the bathroom fan wasn’t working—though that wasn’t a major issue. We also had a power outage for probably 3-4 hrs in 90 degree weather. It’s a no-frills place, at best. Let me know if you'd like it to sound more positive, critical, or formal.

First quiet sleep we’ve had on our trip- after turning off the air conditioning the room was quiet. In other hotels you can still hear the noise of the air conditioning from adjacent rooms.

The hotel was perfectly located and the staff was friendly and efficient. The cleanliness just wasn't what was expected for almost $300 a night. There wasn't clutter, dust, or debris, but there wasn't a general clean and sanitized appearance which I attribute to the aforementioned efficiency. The beds were clean, but the white covers and sheets seemed dingy, which happens with hard water in this state. Our shower rod bracket wasn't attached to the shower wall, preventing the curtain from closing all the way, causing water damaged to the tile and corner below. Between that and the rusty screw, this has needed to be repaired for quite some time. We were impressed by the fresh watermelon at breakfast, that was a nice addition. The hotel appears to be run by a kind family and we felt safe. Overall, an okay stay.

This property was nice and clean and included free breakfast that is always a plus. The bedding was very thin and in need of some thicker blankets so it is not so cold at night.
