That charming cottage sleeps 7, 3BR and 2 bath. Check that property out as that books fast as well. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION OF THIS LISTING: Park Township permits 28 days or more minimum booking. First floor has 3 bedrooms: 2 queen beds, 1 full bed; 3 bathrooms: full kitchen & dining (seats 6), formal dining (seats 10) and living room area.

Basement has 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 queen mattress bed in the family room, toilet and game room (drum set, pool, foosball and pingpong table) and laundry room.

Each bedroom has a TV. 1 TV in the kitchen and 1 TV in the family room.

Overlooking the lake on the upper deck levelhas 1 patio table with 6 chairs; lower deck North has 1 wrought iron table and 4 chairs. Lower deck South has living room set that seats 5.

Only 14 stepsto the beach are 6 lounging chairs, 12 chairs and a fire pit. Water toys: 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 1 water lily pad. The bin has life jackets and kids beach toys.

Paved driveway is 350 ft to the main road and along this driveway sits a very cute and charming playhouse, disc golf, soccer and a football size field.

Wonderful vacation

Our family of multiple ages had a perfect vacation in Holland . The house was a perfect size to gather and find solo time . The property is amazing and beautiful. We cooked at home every night and found the kitchen to be fully stocked with gadgets and utensils etc .. we loved all the beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided . The water toys were a big hit !!A wonderful vacation for all of our family , we can’t wait to come back !! Thank you Cynthia for making our dream vacation come true .

Review

Overall the location was spectacular. We totally enjoyed the beautiful private beach and watching the sunset every evening. We were very happy to see the bicycles available to use. We all had fun on the Lilly pad and the paddle boards. Our only complaint was the condition of the play house. It was not usable as it was musty and needed housekeeking. It was difficult to even breathe in there it was so musty. Many toys were dirty and broken There was a large Tonka truck that was very rusty and unusable.also many of the toys included on the beach needed to be tossed because they were cracked and broken and could have injured the kids. our grandchildren were disappointed as the playhouse was something they really looked forward to using. toforwarbroken.

Lakefront Beauty!

The view was amazing! The amenities were fantastic - all the water toys, beach toys and sunbathing toys needed. Great deck, sun filled and shade filled. Everyone was comfortable. Had a great time. The host and family were wonderful!!!!

Spacious house. Magnificent viewing area behind house of lake Michigan. Great private beach within walking distance of tunnel park and biking distance to Holland state park. Easy to get to the shops and restaurants in Holland. Within easy reach of Bowerman's blueberry farm for the best blueberry donuts ever!

Perfect Location and view with beautiful private beach

We absolutely loved our stay and loved working with our host Cynthia. We had everything we needed including a beautiful beach with paddle boards and plenty of chairs/umbrellas. They had a cool dog run to allow our dog space to walk around while we enjoyed the sunsets each night. The space was so clean and plenty of room for our group (multi family). We would 100% return again!

Perfect Location

My group had a wonderful week in Michigan at this house. First, the location couldn’t be better - right on Lake Michigan with fantastic views and steps to a terrific beach. It was cool that week, so not much swimming, but it was still nice to sit in the yard or on the beach. The house itself is older, but totally functional and comfortable. We all appreciated the cleanliness and how well equipped it was. A few things needed tweaking, but Cynthia was very responsive to our requests. We all loved talking with Cynthia and learning more about the area and its history. My only disappointment, and this doesn’t necessarily reflect on the property or the owner, was the fees added on to the basic rent, which increased the total cost by a large amount. We still would love to visit again, perhaps next summer. Thanks for making a great property available.

Lakefront Home in Holland, MI is a must vacation getaway!

The house is perfectly situated, approx 100 yards from the beach, and has all of the beach-front amenities you could want. The house itself is stocked with amenities from toiletries, games, linens, cooking utensils and supplies, etc. Cynthia’s attention to detail shows in the incredible landscape, and she set out fresh bouquets to welcome us. The house is spacious and very clean
could use a wee bit of updating (e.g. knotty pine, but the appliances have all been updated) but who cares when you spend all available time outside! I highly recommend this for a family or several couples.

Holland Summer Memories

Our family of 12, ages 6 months to 68, loved our stay at this well stocked and lovingly cared for lake house. Property description, amenities and pictures are accurate on VRBO. There are ~25 steps to the beach which were no problem for our group. May not be easy for inactive seniors but the lawn above the beach is a wonderful option as well as the view from the living room. The beach, complete with chairs and umbrellas, was better than expected and the sand toys, water mat, paddle boards, boogie boards and kayaks were enjoyed by all. Tunnel Park (.5 miles) and Holland State Park (2.5 miles) are beautiful but no need to leave the beach here. The owners were very generous with paper products, soaps, and detergent and were very gracious hosts, making sure that we had everything we needed. We enjoyed exploring Holland each morning, beach time each afternoon and relaxing at home each evening. A perfect vacation for all!

Fantastic!

Perfect location right on Lake Michigan. Very deep property so the house is far away from any roads. Within walking/biking distance to Tunnel Park and Holland State Park. Close to Holland for restaurants and shopping. Great viewpoint for the lake and great sandy beach. Going back!

20 years!

Have been vacationing in cottages on lake Michigan for 20 years and this one’s the best by far. Immaculate, beautiful home, gardens and beach. The hosts are very gracious and welcoming. Will definitely return!

Beautiful location and plenty of activities in and out of the water to keep everyone entertained.

This is the place to make wonderful family memories!!! Beautiful view of Lake Michigan, including amazing sunsets!! Great place to relax on the deck, the grass or the beach!! Enjoyed using the paddle boards and making beach fires!! The house is very well maintained and had everything we needed during our stay! The hosts are so friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed meeting them and their family!! Highly recommend this location!!!

This place is fabulous. The house itself is lovely, impeccably maintained, spacious, and equipped with everything you could want, including tons of supplies for small children. The setting is glorious, including both the views from the top and a sandy swimming beach. The owners (who live next door) are very nice and helpful with everything. Being able to bring our dog was also super great. We would definitely go back!

Ideal for Lake Michigan stay

Wonderful sandy beach with lots of supplied rafts, beach toys, umbrellas. Fantastic yard to watch the beautiful sunsets. Very long lot puts you way off the road and provides a large grassy field to play in. Best stocked kitchen we have seen. Close to Holland and its stores and restaurants. Going back next year!

Can't find a better location!

Amazing location, right on the water, with spectacular views. The paddleboards and kayaks are such a bonus, and on one suprisingly stormy night Cynthia even went down and tied up the raft we'd brought along, un non-regular lake people not being used to that wind level! Everything is exactly as pictured. Also nearby roads all have great paths for walking/running/biking, which isn't always true along the shore.

Wonderful family vacation!

We had a great week long family vacation. The house had everything we needed inside and out and being right on the water was amazing. We enjoyed the paddle boards, swimming and camp fire at night. Cynthia was a wonderful host and everything was as described. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Lakefront Setting!

Our family of 6 adults and 3 small children loved the outdoor spaces for gathering to watch the sunset, play board games, and eat most of our meals. The home was very spacious and equipped with everything we could possibly need or want. We especially appreciated the beach towels, extensive kitchen equipment, and children's equipment (high chair, portable crib etc). The location to Tunnel Park, which was walkable in just 5-10 minutes, was great for the kids. The private beach with toys, paddle boats, kayaks, and chairs was so enjoyable that we didn't really need or want to go anywhere! The house was immaculate, and the owner was very easy to communicate with and accessible during our stay. Would LOVE to stay here again!

Such a beautiful property with so many things to do!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house had everything we needed! There were so many things to keep all age groups busy and entertained. We enjoyed the playhouse, the disk golf, the lily pad, kayaks and paddle boards. There were bikes to use and Cynthia's husband even gave us extra bikes for everyone in our group! It was so nice to have beach chairs and life vests there and not have to bring them ourselves. The water and beach were beautiful! Cynthia was an excellent host! She was always available for any question. She kept the yard so beautiful with all of her flowers. We would definitely stay again!

A must-repeat stay in Holland!

This home was wonderful, with something for all ages. (My teenagers say it was “lit”!) The location was great, separate from any busyness, but still with easy access to the fun activities in the area. Jerry and Cynthia were fantastic hosts, making sure our stay was a good one, without ever being intrusive. As a bonus, the beach toys added to the fun. We enjoyed our time here and hope to stay again sometime.
