The hotel is nice, well located and the breakfast is excelent. Its a bit overcrowded but i consider a good value. Cons- parking is expensive but its a Waikiki issue. All the hotels charge for parking and its not reasonable prices. Overrall I would stay again.

Parking super easy, lots of stalls for being sold out the night we stayed. Breakfast was amazing with many options including fresh pancake maker. The rooms was clean and spacious excatly as described. Excited to visit again.

Staff- very accommodating and provide excellent service. Always smiling and willing. Rooms- smaller but get the job done. Breakfast is free which is a big plus as it saves on eating out costs. Staff also doesn’t say anything if you take bananas or yogurt to go for later. Location is fantastic- we were able to walk to most places in 10 mins. Ala Moana center is about a mile but one can easily take the bus.

The room was clean but the rooms are super small. If you have 4 people to a room it can feel claustrophobic. The staff were super friendly and the free breakfast had a number of choices.

Wifi was too slow to do anything, some stuff didn't work so we had to ask for fix, pool was too smelly and the hotub had suspicious bubbles. I wish they offered proper care for their guests leaving as well. But the room was ok and clean with the ocean view, we could see more than we expected.

Price was ok given the week we were there since there was a big conference and it was the week prior to Christmas. Washroom was very small. Tried to upgrade to a bigger room, but the washroom was exactly the same size. Breakfast had a good variety of food and was a little different each day. Can't complain about free breakfast.
