Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious with beautiful views. Had everything you needed to be self sufficient. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. Close to beach and restaurants. Our flight was not till the evening and manager gave us a late checkout which was very much appreciated.The only disappointing thing was that the pool and bbq area is under construction which we were not aware of and we were looking forward to having get together and cooking bbqs as had a large group. Once the pool is completed it will be fantastic

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung ist super gelegen, auch die Parkmöglichkeit ist im Haus super und hat uns nie Probleme bereitet. Wir wĂŒrden gerne die vollen 5 Sterne vergeben, allerdings hatten wir ein sehr großes mit Bettwanzen. Meine 4 Jahre alte Tochter und meine Frau sind am ganzen Körper Nachts von den Bettwanzen zerbissen worden und hatten am nĂ€chsten Morgen sehr viele rote Punkte am Körper, die extrem gejuckt haben. Dass es Bettwanzen gewesen sein mĂŒssen, hat man an der BettwĂ€sche gesehen, die viele schwarze Punkte hatte, was der typische Indikator dafĂŒr ist. Auch die oft in Linien aufgetretenen Bisse waren typische Indikatoren dafĂŒr. Schade, alles in allem hat es gut gefallen, allerdings haben die Bettwanzen dafĂŒr gesorgt, dass wir diese Ferienwohnung nicht uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen können. Eine WhatsApp Nachricht an den Property Manager Byron Wickard hat nichts ergeben, wir haben keine Antwort auf unsere Nachricht erhalten. Ihm war es damit offensichtlich "egal".

Great location

I really enjoyed my stay based on the location close to beach plenty of restaurants and clean condo. It needs a summary on items in the condo for use to avoid purchasing. There is no pool available until August of 2026 due to remodeling. I prefer the beach myself so it didn't bother me. I highly recommend the condo over hotels because sometimes it's nice to be able to cook. Communication by email was great. 2nd time staying in the same building with no issues.

Perfect spot for our Maui visit

Susan and Tiva’s place was perfect. It was clean, bright and right on the beach. The home was well stocked with a nice kitchen, books about Hawaii we enjoyed browsing and beautiful views!There was a great selection of beach items - boogie boards, snorkels, umbrella, cooler and more. Those items make a day at the beach so much easier. The farmer’s market across the street was helpful in rounding out meals when I forgot a lemon and we needed a fruit refresh. Ululani’s shave ice was delicious (and ALWAYS busy).We would highly recommend this place to others looking for a central, quiet part of Maui to call home during your stay.

Great location with a partial beach view and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Nice apartment with all the amenities needed. We were bummed that the pool and rec area were under construction as well as one of the elevators. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. we were very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the unit. Obviously there have been some mindful upgrades to this unit. It is an older property that was nicely decorated and stocked.This was our first stay on Oahu. Short 3 days but what a great stay at the Banyon. Great location, free parking an awesome perk. Our rental was actually better than the pictures and descriptions. Byron our contact host was very responsive and provided all the information we asked. We will look at another stay at the same property for a longer stay. All 5’s on our rating. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Perfect location & FREE PARKING!

I stayed here with my mother & stepdad and we absolutely loved it! The location is seriously the best! Walking distance to EVERYTHING!! We had plans to drive around the island so we had a car rental as well. The free garage parking was definitely a plus! Getting in and out of the garage was super easy and I felt like a local driving around by the 2nd day of our trip. The place itself was exactly as shown and described! It was super clean and new and perfect for 3 adults.While we were there the pool and recreational area was still open (not under construction yet) so that was great! Getting up and down with the elevators weren’t as bad as I thought it would be (especially for staying on the 24th floor with 38 floors in total). All four elevators were working during our stay so that was great! All in all, this place was perfect and I highly recommend it!We will definitely be back! Mahalo!

Die Wohnung ist genial gelegen. Das Einchecken war sehr einfach und die Betreuung durch die Agentur hervorragend. Alles war sauber, gut durchdacht und organisiert. Es gab nur einen winzigen Wermutstropfen. Es gab zu wenige bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer. Das Sofa war gut fĂŒr eine Person, die zweite musste es sich auf einen Balkon Stuhl bequem machen. FĂŒr ein Ă€lteres Ehepaar und einen lĂ€ngeren Aufenthalt nicht genial. Die Lösung wĂ€re ein bequemer Sessel. Ansonsten haben wir die Aussicht und das super Wetter genossen. Eine Reise, die wir gerne wiederholen wĂŒrden.

Family Getaway

For a family of three adults, this gem provided an affordable space where we each had a bed! Beautiful views of the city with the ocean backdrop. Pictures were accurate. They provided kitchen supplies, even beach chairs and umbrella, which go for $20 to rent at the beach. The only issue was the complex elevators. They all worked but waiting for empty ones can be lengthy. That’s out of the control of this property owner, so it’s not a ding on them. We had a wonderful stay, thank you for having us.

A good option to stay in Waikiki!

The property is located in a good section of Waikiki, it is close to the beach and within walking distance of the malls restaurants, and shops. The unit itself is very good, with good beds and functioning AC. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen accessories and appliances, so you can cook and save some dollars instead of eating out every day. The unit has parking included and that was decisive in choosing this property because parking in Waikiki is expensive. Using the elevators during "rush hours" is challenging, they are always full and many times you are not able to get in and you have to wait for a while to be able to get in. We arrived late at night, and despite having been informed both previously of our arrival time and when we arrived at the airport, our check-in was not smooth as our parking pass was not available and we had to pay the parking for that night. After a few phone calls and texting with the property manager, it was sorted out, but after an 5 hours flight with kids, the check-in should have been easier, especially because we did inform our arrival as asked by the property manager.
