The customer service was amazing especially poy the lady that helped with directions and walking us to the tuk tuk into the city for some shopping. The manager for food and beverage Yuth was so insightful and a hands on when it came to food suggestions such exceptional service , Alex the night front manager was very helpful and kind to all our needs . "The standard king room was beautiful overall. There were a few minor maintenance issues, including visible water damage and bubbling plaster on the bathroom ceiling, bubbling on the crocodile-print leather detail next to the TV, and some stitching coming undone on the armchair. Aside from these points, the room felt lush and very comfortable. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but both lunch and dinner were delicious."

"Very good service, excellent location, very clean room with an extraordinary view. But upon arrival at 3:15 pm, I left my luggage at the entrance and it never arrived in my room. I had to ask for it, and it was in another room—a nightmare. Luckily, it was recovered without any problems, and I didn't even receive an apology from the hotel."
