Pool heating is $60/day with 48 hours' notice; the hot tub is free to heat. The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.



Pets are welcome for a per-pet fee; keep them off beds and sofas ($150 per bed if pet hair is found).



Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older



No street parking per HOA (risk of $200+ fine and towing).



Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. No mail or package deliveries.
