There is really only one complaint, brought my grand daughter to london for the air show, shes 8, she was looking so forward to the water slide at the pool, only to find out it only runs on the weekends. Don't understand why. Other than that the place was very nice, very clean, and beautiful scenery to enjoy. "

"The rooms are nicely updated within an older building. Breakfast was decent, bed was comfy, everything was very clean and well stocked in the room. Staff were very friendly. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. I would stay here again if I were to return to London."

"Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Gated underground parking was very nice, it is first come first served. TV in room didn't work. Breakfast options included cereal, instant oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, tea, coffee, juices. Fitness center was spacious but minimally equipped - treadmill, elliptical, dumbells to 30 lbs. There are a lot of homeless folks in the area and people were openly using drugs on the steps next door, but I walked to and from the hotel as late as midnight and everyone just minded their own business."
