The first level features a spacious living room and dining room, that will be great for entertaining your family. The dining room features a 10-foot table that provides seating for twelve. The kitchen is beautiful with a Wolf range, Stainless Steel Kitchen Aid appliances, a free-standing ice maker, plentiful cabinets, and stone countertops. The bright shiplap perfectly balances with the wood flooring throughout the great room, kitchen, and all bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor. On the east side of the home, a queen guest bedroom can be found with a full bath. The Southeast side features the master bedroom with a king bed and a wonderful master bathroom.

The second level features three bedrooms and a family room overlooking the elevated pool deck. It includes a second master bedroom with King size bed, master bathroom, and ocean views. A guest bedroom features a king bed with a private bath. The fifth bedroom features two single beds plus an adjacent space with bunk beds, all of which share a Jack and Jill bath.

- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
