Backyard Oasis with Private Pool & Hot Tub! Close to Beach - 705 Carolina

House, Private Pool, Hot Tub, Near Beach. Sleeps 10; BR 1: King, BR 2: 2 Twin, BR 3: Bunk Beds (Full/Full), BR 4: Queen; sleeper sofa for additional guests

The first floor: features a large living area with 50 inch TV and blue ray player. Well equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Dining area with seating for 8. Separate den with large flat screen TV a relaxing sofa and adjoins the screened porch. Three bedrooms including Queen Bed, Full/Full bunk system, and a room with two twin beds. There is a full bath on main floor plus a half bath off the den. Lots of space in the open living areas. Sleeper Sofa located in the first floor den.

The second floor: This floor features a master suite with a king sized bed and private bathroom. An amazing loft adjoins the master suite with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, sofa, seating area, and opens onto the second floor covered deck.

This house has an amazing pool and hot tub with plenty of deck space to enjoy those summer nights. The pool may be heated for an additional fee. Pool heat is meant to extend the seasons but it all depends on outside temperatures, please contact for more information. The beach access is right around the corner and a block away. Downtown Charleston is only 20 minutes' drive away and minutes from great shopping and dining.

All reservation (3-21 nights only) $250 credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Life! Everything ordered will be delivered and picked up at your rental home, hassle-free.

A 6-seater golf cart is available for rent at this property, provided by Lightning Bugz.

Maximum 2 pets allowed. There is a $250 pet fee (plus tax), per pet, if you would like to bring any furry companions. Must contact our office to add pet fee(s).

PLEASE NOTE: The home is strictly non-smoking. Linens are provided with sheets, towels and washcloths. A starters set of paper products, washing detergent and dish washing soap are included. Full washer and dryer in home. There is no elevator at this property. Must be 25 years or older to rent.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The beach is nearby and there is a golf cart to rent on the premises when you arrive. It's located in a very quiet walkable neighborhood. Close to restaurants and shopping.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked to have meals in the home. The little ones thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the fenced back yard was perfect for our little Malti Poo doggie to hang out with us. The outdoor table was great for eating by the pool. The location is great! Just a short walk to the beach. The multiple seating areas was great for a multi family stay. We had 5 adults and 3 little ones. The area of the beach closest to the home was beautiful! We were blessed with awesome weather every day. I would highly recommend Chasing Calm.

The house fit our two families perfectly. The upstairs was basically a separate apartment. The king suite and a separate living area. Downstairs the three other bedrooms are at the end of the hall together so our two families had our own end of the house. Plenty of bathrooms. The pool was amazing. Only hit the spa button once to activate the hot tub!! It will get hot just be patient, pushing too many buttons will mess it up. Jeffery’s bagel run had the best bagels and coffee. Rent a golf cart, you won’t regret it. The beach was great for shells searching and at night grab flash lights and nets and the kids will have a blast chasing crabs! We had a great week. Very pleased!

This house and backyard are absolutely gorgeous and exactly as pictured. Easy one and a half block walk to the beach, also walking distance to local restaurants, shops, and bars. Just under 30 minutes from downtown Charleston, and an easy drive. The house was beautifully decorated and well-supplied, except for there not being a set of sheets or a comforter for the pull-out couch that is advertised in the listing. There was also an issue with the hot tub not working, and we couldn't use it for 3/4 days we were there. While the sheets and hot tub situations weren't ideal, the property manager was extremely responsive and easy to work with, and the company provided a reasonable refund for the inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again; we had a wonderful time and appreciated the level of customer service we received!

Fantastic family gathering!

What a wonderful property! Check-in was a breeze with instructions provided well before our arrival. From the time we walked in the front door, we were so happy with our choice for a family vacation gathering place. The house is roomy, functional, and nicely decorated. Master bedroom - AMAZING!! The kitchen was a little small but I don’t like to share my kitchen anyway! I was impressed with the MANY pots, pans, dishes, serving bowls, utensils, and Tupperware. These were not afterthoughts. There is literally everything you need to cook for a large family. And that we did nearly every night. There are also LOTS of restaurants nearby. We tried a couple of these too. The location is great, between both connectors. Simmons Seafood is nearby. We purchased fresh seafood there twice during our stay. Wonderful! The outdoor area is absolute perfection! The pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, seating areas, green space, and Weber grill were all well utilized by our crew. (The hot tub heat was challenging to figure out but we eventually did). There is a noise ordinance in this area and everyone should be inside by 10pm. Very family friendly. We had a couple of teenage boys who went out the the pool one night after everyone else went to bed. The neighbors were kind in speaking to them about their music. We’re so sorry about that!! Great access to beach. Less congested on this end of the island. We usually stay further north. Will definitely keep it on our short list for future visits.

“Chasing Calm” but finding lots of fun!

If you are looking for a beach house that is close to the beach and has a pool with a lovely shaded backyard, this is the place for you. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 adults, 4 children under the age of 5, and 2 dogs to spread out. The two issues we had were quickly resolved by the management company and we would not hesitate to rent another Carolina One property in the future!

Lovely stay

This house is in a great location; quick walk to the beach access; the backyard is a shady respite from the heat and is the best - the pool and hot tub are lovely and are even better tnan the photos! We really enjoyed our stay here.

Thinking of renting again but

Loved the property over all. We have been renting in area for years and liked this property best. With that being said several small things can be done to make it perfect. 1. Outdoor shower not working 2. Downstairs bathroom sink clogged up 3. Outside porches very dirty. 4. Broken step in back yard leading to pool.

Great Place to stay!

Great place to stay. Very convenient location right off the IOP Connector and grocery store and restaurants. Very clean and communication was excellent. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, very nice to have two living areas. Upstairs guest room is very nice. There is only one full bath to be shared between three bedrooms. That was tricky. Also, the deck out back desperately needs some work. People were tripping, stubbing their toes and my in laws fell down. I would work on that deck and stepping stones. Outdoor shower would been very helpful but it barely worked. We could not use it. The backyard is amazing with shade (which is so nice in the heat) and very nice pool that stays cool. There are no handrails for the pool so if you have grandparents coming be aware. Overall great place.

Perfect house for a beach trip

This is the perfect house for a beach trip! We had 9 girls total and everyone had a spot to sleep, there was plenty of space in the backyard/pool area and such a short and easy walk to the beach!! Would highly recommend this rental property if you’re looking to stay in Isle of Palms!

Nice beach house.

Very nice home with a great location. Pool was great. Plenty of linens. The downstairs A/C stopped working on Sunday but we did get prompt service to fix it. Half bath toilet did not flush. Inside door to screened in porch did not lock. I would however stay again.

great family house.

Great clean and family friendly home. Good yard for dogs but shed should have mesh at base so small dogs do not get under shed. Handle on spiral staircase slides...be careful. Otherwise, no complaints. Would stay again!

Amazing in every way!

We were pleasantly surprised how close we were to the beach. Everything was as described and truly exceeded our expectations. The community of Isle of Palms was terrific. Very friendly and welcoming. We are looking forward to returning and creating more wonderful memories with our family.
