Upgraded Oceanfront Condo with Private Balcony

1st Floor Oceanfront condo that offers a modern beachside condo feel and is the perfect blend of comfort and style for your beachfront getaway! This condo offers a bright and cozy living area with a plush leather reclining sofa and a large 40” TV in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals to enjoy at the dining table or breakfast bar! Now offering both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that brews with K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter—perfect for every coffee preference! The cozy bedroom provides a restful retreat with a comfortable bed and beach-themed decor.

*PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through Spring 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

First time visit

The overall beach theme of the unit was very nice and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, very thoughtful. We did not however realize how small it was, especially the bedroom and closet. We were in town to visit our granddaughter, who is interning in Charleston. I know the listing said one parking pass, we were hoping they would let us have one for her. She had to pay for parking her car. This was our first time renting through VRBO and we will not hesitate to go through them again.

Not suitable for teenagers

Very nice place but the condo is extremely small. The pictures make it bigger than what it actually is. The area is more of a party strip definitely not suitable for teenagers. The condo did not lock from the inside, we did not feel safe so we had to put some chairs in front of the door. The pool was a nice touch. If your looking for food you need to be prepared for a 2 hour wait. Not much to choose from. We did a lot of door dashing or walked to circle K. Overall I give it a 4 stars. Just come if it's you and your partner. Not kid friendly.

Great Condo

Enjoyed staying here. Bed was comfy, appliances were nice and great view of the water. The outside hightop table and chairs were very nice! Wish the parking pass would have been left in the condo instead of having to check-in at the office but, the office is close. I would stay here again.

Only issue’s we’re as follows; 1-Condo 126B did not have a GFI outlet next to the bathroom sink! 2-Southern access gate to the beach did not lock allowing anyone to access! Both items were reported to management and they said they would take care of these issues!

Beautiful and relaxing

Really enjoyed staying at this property. The only thing I would suggest changing is to have the access code for the condo as well as the pool and restrooms sent by email rather than the need to check in at the property. Otherwise would recommend this, had a great stay!

Great Staycation

We used this unit as a staycation I’ve the 4th holiday. The unit was as described and had everything we needed to cook meals. Location was perfect, tucked away from the overall noise but just a short walk to everything IOP has to offer. The fireworks were shot off right in front of the complex so we watched from our balcony! We arrived early and were told we would receive a text when the unit was ready but 4+ hours later we still hadn’t received a text even though the room had apparently been ready - this seemed to be a common issue with everyone checking in at the office around us. For our check in purposes, there really wasn’t a need to go to the office as everything could’ve been sent via text/email when the room was ready. That was really our only annoyance during our stay. If we chose a staycation again, we would look to rent the unit again.

The location of the property is perfect! The house was clean and very well maintained. The only issue we had was with the tv. We couldn’t find the remote and when we contacted the owner, we couldn’t get a response.

Beach time

Comfortable place! Had everything we needed, a view to the beach, and balcony was nice to sit and have coffee. The queen bed was EXTRA comfortable- what mattress is it, I need to know?!!! I think we would return, but be very cautious of the season. This location is near to the public and the beach is open to everyone. The gate to the beach has a code, but if you push hard enough it opens without the code. Baseball tournaments were in full swing and families inundated the beach with tents blocking views and setting up 3 to 5 feet from your spot. We rented chairs and umbrellas, that didn’t matter they were all around us. Fortunately it wasn’t the whole time we were there, and we enjoyed our beach time.

Great long weekend getaway

Nice area

The only thing lacking is an elevator.....I was on first floor. If interested in this property, I would request first floor to avoid carrying luggage and items up multiple floors. Also consider there is no washer and dryer in your condo. Overall stay was great.
